I’m sorry to say but everything sucked. We ordered our food. They gave us half our order because they put in only half our order because they weren’t listening. I get that people wanna work but if you’re gonna work for any company, you need to hire people who actually want to work customer service is one of the hardest jobs And I give my hat and my hands down to people who actually can do it. I was dissatisfied with the service with the food and with the weight not only did we have to wait in line, but we had to wait for our other food that wasn’t processed because the cashier was not listening or whoever was taking the order But yet you guys have like 15 people working in there and somehow your food your service they all suck for someone who works in customer service. You sure don’t know how to hold up to that customer service. You should have your employees wearing hairnet and not to have all their jewelry out. That is disgusting. They’re working with food. It’s disgusting. I’m disgusted. I’m disappointed and I wish you guys would do something about it. You guys pay these kids all this money but yet they can’t do their job a simple job taken order. Make sure the foods in there that they ordered and make sure it’s put out at a timely manner. That’s why it’s called fast food. And this should go to corporate or this should go to a manager. You guys need to hold yourselves accountable and hold those people who work for you accountable be better. We spend our money there to eat. Read moreI have been to Slim Chickens 3 times and every time it’s been a terrible experience. The food is usually pretty decent but the customer service is atrocious. I feel like I’m the one at work just trying get my order, and I have only ordered single items with no substitutions or changes when I’ve come here. This last visit was mind blowing how bad it was. I ordered a wrap with Buffalo sauce, they asked if I wanted a drink and I said no. The whole ordering process was a struggle, for a single item. When I got to the window I handed them my card and when I received my order, they charged me for a meal, minus the drink. I asked the cashier why he charged me for a meal and no drink rather than just the wrap? He said he didn’t take the order. I handed over my card for him to refund and he came back with my card and a new receipt for the wrap. I then asked for a receipt for the refund and he handed me the receipt for the previous transaction. Why would I need a receipt for the transaction? I need a receipt for the refund like I asked. The person who took my order was Grace L and the cashier who never gave me my refund receipt and charged me twice was Andres V.
