Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Over the course of this past year, I have become a regular at this location - and for good reason! Every time I have gone, I have received swift and friendly service and the food has always been Awesome. In my experience, staff at this location go out of their way to help and serve their customers. I recently came by this location looking for a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (my usual order), and they were unfortunately short of an ingredient. Instead of turning me away however, they sent a staff member ACROSS TOWN to another location to source the missing ingredients. I cannot think of another restaurant anywhere that would do such a thing. After a minor delay, they upgraded my sandwich meal to a full combo free of charge. If that is not good service, I do not know what is. As mentioned earlier, the staff here are exceedingly friendly. I have interacted with Pat (Hopefully I remembered that name properly) along with a few others almost every time I have come by this location. As stated before, service is always friendly and on point. As long as I work my current job and as long as I am in the area, I will likely continue to stop by here somewhat regularly. Blake use to be one of the best fast food Burger spots in Albuquerque. Now it is one of the worst. Not only the food quality has gone down but They lie when it is convenient for them. I just waited at the menaul drive thru for 15 min, there was no car even at the speaker when I pulled up then the first time ever they told me they are only serving breakfast. That’s a first I always get a burger from Blake’s in the morning. So they would not serve me because they were to lazy to make a burger and fries like they always have in the past. Then we go to the Washington location i ask my son if he will run up to the pickup window and ask if they will serve us burgers. This rude lady asks my son do you have a pick up order my son replies no I just have a quick question. She looks at him with a disgusted look and tells him to get to the end of the line if he has a question. Well my family and will never spend another penny at Blakes and I will do everything i can to make sure anyone around also avoids this bad company. Did Blake sell to some really bad...

My girlfriend and I were finishing up some errands and we started talking about grabbing some food to eat at home. We talked about the usual places and the conversation turned to this particular Blake's. I'd never eaten at this Blake's, but my girlfriend had. A right and then a left and here we were. The assistant manager (and I'm so sorry that I forgot your name) asked us for our order. And then we changed the order slightly... and she was a complete sweetheart about the whole process. She even suggested a change in the order herself! While the fine people working here were getting our order ready, my girlfriend and started talking about the last time that she had been here. It turns out that her last visit was when her adult children were still kids! The assistant manager overheard that and they talked about how the location had changed. I got a short history lesson about this little spot in the world and was rewarded with a burger made exactly like I had asked. Will I be coming back? You can bet your last dollar on...
