Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Ordered and paid for the LOTA™️ Burger New Mexico Style™️ along with some onion rings and iced coffee. Went all the way back to work just to open my bag that contained a burger with one meat patty (not 2 patties that I paid for!), NO hatch green chili and NO cheese! I paid close to $12 and did NOT get the order I paid for. Called their UNM restaurant number but it just kept ringing and ringing. Total disappointment especially since I could not go back to have them fix it. I guess their quality control checker failed coz he did look inside my bag before he gave it to me. Also, they never give out receipts to customers. My first time ordering...

This location lacks consistency. Every visit, I am not sure if I will actually get what I order or will I be waiting in the drive thru line for awhile. Since I work close I frequent the drive thru, and there are times I will not receive a side item I ordered or when I order a burrito in the morning, I will ask for Green Chile sauce AND chopped green. After waiting in line for about 15 min then get to work I only have chopped green and no sauce. This place would be good if it had consistent service and quality, I may just start going to Lotaburger on...

I usually go to Blakes 3/4 times per week. It's convenient, fast and reasonable pricing. The staff (Brent & Charlie) are usually the staff that I communicate with - they are courteous, so are the rest of the staff. I can always expect friendly service. The Blakes at the UNM Campus is kept very clean. At times they they were understaffed, during those times I never experienced any negativity, they all seemed to pull together.
