First off I'm usually very understanding when it comes to reviewing any food restaurant so this review was done lightly. The customer service more then anything is AWFUL!! When you talk it's nit even to the store it's to a customer service in a different country who places your order. They have it set up so that when select any other option but #1 (to place a brand new orde) ex- option #2 would be to either complain or concerns regarding a current order) if you select 2 it immediately transfers your call to line that has a busy tone and then hangs up!? And if that's not rude enough when you try to call back from your same number they automatically have it blocked so your unable to even get through just will get a busy tone! THIS IS FOR ANY OF THERE STORES! TRY IT YOURSELF YOULL SEE WHAT I MEAN! I literally have to block my number (67) in order to get through again!? Haha that's crazy right@ so it's next to impossible to get ahold of the store directly! So my issue is with the location on RioGrande! They forgot 2 of my meals and both my milk shakes that I had ordered! When I contacted customer service they transferred me to the store which if course came up with s busy tone! So fed up and already furious at this pont I decided to just go back to the store itself. When I got there the workers were all outside the store talking to their friend who they were giving free food to and smoking weed on top if it. Not that I think weed is bad at all just very inappropriate for the workers to be smoking with a friend at the drive though window!? HE WASNT GOING TO MOVE SO I HAD TO GO UP TO THEM! When I approached them I asked to speak with whatever manager was there. The kid told me what's the problem, I asked if he was the manager. He said I'm good enough what's up. I asked again so are u the manager? He told me what's up what do you want!? in a very rude attitude. I explained what had happened and the fact i had been tryjng to call the store all day and was very irritated at this point! and he said straight up that's to bad but that im lying. And asked what the number was to the store. I told him the number i had been calling all day. Then he opened the door and yelled for the actual manager🤣 telling them in very sarcastic voice.. this guy wants free food he said he had tried to call all day but I told him he's lying. He blovked the door way when i tried to walk in the store. So i had to yell out to the manager who didnt even care to leave from what she was doing and I told them If they wanted to see my call log but they ignored me. The actual manager yelled back at him. We'll tell there's nothing we can do take it up with corporate. I WAS IN TOTAL SHOCK HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THIS WAS.. ALL THiS HAPPENING WELL THE OTHER WORKERS ARE SITTING THERE LAUGHING AT ME WITH THERE FRIEND WHOS PARKED AT THE DRIVE THOUGH STILL! SO IM SO MAD AT THIS POINT AND ALL HE DID WAS LAUGH AND TELL ME TO LEAVE. I WASNT RUDE IN ANY WAY EVEN GIVEN HOW UOSET I WAS! I TOLD THEN I HAD MY RECEIPT AND HE TOLD ME I DONT GIVE A F*K WHAT YOU HAVE I TOLD YOU NO.. I SAID FINE ILL CALL CORPORATE! HA LIKE THAT DID ANY GOOD.. WHENEVER YOU CALL ALL IT DOES IS GO TO A VOICE MAIL THAT NO ONE EVRR RETURNS YOUR CALL! SO THEY PRETTY MUCH ROBBED ME FOR $40 AND LAUGHED AT ME WELL THEY DID IT! SO JUST BE CAREFUL SPENDING YOUT MONEY HERE AND DEFINITELY AVOID THE LOCATION ON RIO GRANDE I CANT BELIEVE THIS COMOANY ALLOWS THERE WORKERS TO ACT LIKE THAT MUCHLESS STEAL FROM THERE CUSTOMERS AND WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD. Read moreWorked here for 6 years in warehouse. Longer than anybody there except for 2 other guys. I became floor manager and was paid $13hr while the manager before me who came in almost 3 years AFTER ME was getting paid $17.50 before he was promoted. Favoritism is a big problem with this company. They pay newer people more than the very employees who have been loyal to you for YEARS. This is why I left. Why was I worth less than somebody who has been working there HALF the time all because they came from a bigger warehouse? $13 VS $17.50 for the SAME POSITION, MAJOR DIFFERENCE GUYS!......ADVICE.....The people who have been loyal to you for YEARS, know more about how to run the business then somebody who is fresh regardless of where they worked before. ESPECIALLY in a labor position like the warehouse. I felt I was loyal to a company who saw little to no value in me and showed it by how much I was payed compared to fresh new employees who were payed almost a third more for the SAME POSITION. NOT RIGHT GUYS! This review reflects the actions more of upper management rather than the immediate commissary supervisors. I tried to explain to the so-called manager Jamie will have done in order and still could not get her to comprehend to keep messing up between one thing or not wanting chili because she wants to whichever way she wants instead of comprehending simplicity. You tell me if this is the wrong way to order. I want three lotaburger's number one first lotaburger I want green chili. Second, I want cheese third one. I want cheese and green chili. Is that so hard to comprehend? Is that so hard to take an order like that? They can't even take an order? It makes me wonder how well are they prepared to cook the food.
