We are frequent visitors to this location at least once or twice a week typically we get good service, sometimes blew par but we never complain. Tonight was by far the worst dining experience. We waited 15-20 minutes for an appetizer that wasn’t even going to come. I asked the server for ranch because I forgot to order it when we placed our order. It wasn’t until then that he told me that they were out of the appetizer we ordered but that he had put something else in instead not even asking us or letting us know. Then we waited another 10-15 minutes they then brought out my families food, my sons fries were Rock hard and cold. No excuse for that after the long wait. My food still hasn’t come out I asked a server passing by to get a manager. When the manager came over we explained to her that we waited never got the appetizer and how my sons fries were cold and hard we even made her feel them for herself. Again still waiting for my food my family was completely done with their food besides the fries my son was waiting for. The manager said she would apply a discount. Okay cool whatever. When we got our check all that was applied was a $5 off. I asked manager after the long wait, hard cold food, and my family being done before my food even came out all we were getting was basically the salad free. She said because she brought us fresh fries that’s all she can do. Again we never complain this isn’t the first time we’ve had bad experiences but now after tonight I will not be going back to this location. Poor customer service! The male manager is also always just standing around and not helping every time you just see him talking to bar customers or standing in the corner. I’ve been a manager in multiple restaurants and as a manager he should be helping where help is needed.

My hubbie and I went to meet a work colleague. Service was a bit slow, but he was a sweetheart of a kid & attentive when he was around. The unlimited appetizers were full size, order two to start with, then you can order more (no take home allowed though). We filled up on the first round, which is still a better price of $9.99 AYCE, versus the individual app prices, which would've been over $20. The traditional wings were BOG0 50% off, so we got two 10 peice wings with Wild, Asian, Mild & Honey BBQ, all equally delicious (I really wanted to try the Bleu Buffalo but they were out). My hubbie also got a bacon burger with fries, it was just ok, except ALL the burgers are smash style now apparently and hubs isn't a fan. The biggest issue was that my hubbie fries were completely cold and so hard they literally shattered. We had to ask for fresh fries, which should never have been sent out that way in the first place. Again, service was slow, and so was business, which was an issue overall I guess. I watched our beers sit at the bar for over 8 minutes, just getting warm, so we asked someone else if we could grab them. I guess the other gentleman was a supervisor as he changed servers on us all of the sudden. (We had no complaints about our young man, just wanted our beer while it was cold is all, and he was just joshin with other servers as we could clearly see).

We paid $50 for a meal we did not eat more than a few bites of as it was arguably just plain gross. Wish we would have read the reviews first. I would have to agree with every review we saw. Poor service. Lack of staff. The food was unacceptable. The atmosphere was poor and uncomfortable. Happy birthday to me. Wasted what budget we had on a meal we couldn't even finish, and that was served incomplete. ā¤ļø

Went here tonight for my 21st birthday for some drinks and dinner after a long 12 hours working black friday. Upon sitting down, the atmosphere was immediately noted as awkward and uncomfortable. We did not see our server for a while after being seated, and overall, all staff seemed unhappy to be there and unhappy to help. Worst Buffalo wild wings. I’ve been in Albuquerque me and my boyfriend and my brother we went this afternoon around 2 o’clock something and the server at first was nice and then she told us that we could sit anywhere and she took almost 10 minutes to come and grab our drinks and tell us that we have to place an order online and pay our bill online when I’ve been to different locations And I’ve never had to Experience this or do this unfortunately my boyfriend only had cash and $25 dollars in he’s card and we let her know and at first she got mad, but then while she was walking away, she told my boyfriend that she could take our order that it was gonna be an exception. I don’t know what that even means but that was definitely rude and then after 10 minutes, she finally came and gave us our drinks. We ordered an appetizer and then she left in a rush because she was the only server that I saw the whole entire time. I was there that was working besides the manager and I did not see any other person and then we ordered 10 traditional wings and 10 boneless wings and a chicken sandwich and two side of fries and 3 drinks. After we were done, I try to grab her attention like 2 to 3 times and she was definitely ignoring me after the fourth attention, she finally saw me and came to my table and I asked her if she could bring me a box and my bill she said OK and left. She came back five minutes later and the bill was $69 and some change I asked her if she could charge me $60 in cash and the rest in card. I gave her the $60 in cash and my boyfriendā€˜s card because he only had like around $25 on his card and she left and then she came back and I got a;notification on my phone that she charged me $22 dollars I asked her and she told me that I guess she grabbed the tip from my card when I definitely did not approve of that. She charged me the 18% of tip without my approval. I asked her that I wanted to speak to the manager, and she ignored me when I told her that, and then I proceeded to tell her that I wanted my receipt from what she charged me and she just walked away. we ended up leaving because there’s no point of arguing and fighting with these people and I’d rather just take it to HR but it’s not fair that this happened to us I’ve never experienced this in any other restaurant I’ve been here in Albuquerque. I will definitely not come back to this Buffalo wild wings because this waitress is a scammer I left. I waited to get home. I called the store to talk to the manager and the manager did not wanna try to get my money back or anything he just told me that I guess somebody named Josh was gonna come on Monday and I can talk to him and give him my experience. Are you serious? What kind of manager are you and plus I wouldn’t be surprised if this waitress has done it to other customers. Please avoid at any cost this Buffalo wild wings and go to the one in Montgomery because Its literally 10 times better and there’s no scammers there and they will definitely not do this. My recent trip to Buffalo Wild Wings on Coors Blvd near West Mesa High School was a complete disaster. I was hoping for a quick lunchtime fix, but instead, I got a heaping helping of frustration.

Around noon on a seemingly slow weekday, I grabbed my phone and the QR code on my table, ready to dive into their digital ordering system. But the website? It was a buggy nightmare, refusing to take my payment no matter what I did. Stuck in this digital wasteland, I decided to seek help from the human staff.

Unfortunately, the reception desk was deserted. Finally, a staff member wandered by, but my pleas for assistance were met with blank stares and clueless shrugs. They had no idea how to fix the online ordering mess, even for themselves! and had no clue about me trying to order at the reception desk.

As minutes ticked by and my hunger pangs grew louder, the staff continued to fumble. No apologies, no solutions, just a giant void where customer service should have been. Eventually, I faced the bitter truth: this was a lost cause. My craving morphed into a desperate desire to escape, and with a sigh, I walked out.

Buffalo Wild Wings, you failed me on every level. Your website was a digital dungeon, your staff a lost patrol, and your overall experience was a masterclass in customer service negligence. You managed to clip your wings and plummet to the bottom of the flock, all while the restaurant sat practically empty!

In a world overflowing with delicious wing options, I urge you to take a long, hard look at your digital ordering system and your staff training. Otherwise, you'll be left with nothing but empty tables and frustrated customers.
