Del Taco — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Very bad service, rude employee's even the manager was very unprofessional me and my family went to eat there for the first time and was shocked by the way they treated black customers twice we seen a blk customer come in no greating at all but when a white or hasanpic walked in they're to eager to say hi and they called the police on him and all he wanted was a fish taco but he wanted the fish on a bun and told them he was willing to pay for it they said the fish will not fit on the bus so we cannot sell it to you it's his business if it doesn't fit so what he kept telling them it doesn't matter if it fits I just want it like that then they started speaking in Spanish about him and that just disgusted me and my family so we got up in left and if you want a bunch of druggies passing out in the bathroom and needles all over the place go head and visit worst dinner ever period I had to give a star to post this if left up to me they would get zero Stars Taco Bell is way better if you want some real Mexican food I would say Garcia's Kitchen or pericos on...

Good service here and the food, well it's Del Taco....we go here when we want decent tacos with French fries at midnight! Kinda weird at this location but theres always tons of sketchy people at the entrance and drive thru and the hotel lot next door. You'll probably get panhandled at the drive up. Last night our car was surrounded while we waited for food with young homeless looking people who were yelling at each other back and forth 10 feet in front and 10 feet behind us. It wasn't scary more just weird. It was like the car was a fence post or a tree.....like they've been on the streets long enough they didn't even recognize there's a car right there and give a care that we could hear their issues. The quality of the food at this place is hit or miss. Sometimes the tacos are made right and sometimes they're so un-full it seems like they've just thrown the ingredients AT the shells, in their general direction, instead of INTO the shells. There is A LOT of homeless activity here around the clock, you'll get random homeless people coming in and out of the restaurant, or camped out by the drive-thru, asking for money, asking if you want to buy random things - once was gallons of milk, a couple times it was soda, once was laundry detergent, another time was actually fabric softener so perhaps it was the same person since they clearly weren't using it for themselves. The hotel directly behind the store finally put up a fence after the most recent murder (seriously!). I literally fear for my life when we dare...
