They need to hire kids that are serious about a job. I know that you should make work fun. But there's a difference between making work fun and being distracted. I came in to treat my best friend to a recent engagement, and the girls were just talking to eachother not paying attention to the line that was forming. One of the ice cream bars girls friends....comes in, skips the line.....and just starts talking her ear off. I felt bad for the girl at the register, pretty sure she was a manager cause she was trying to focus on that and get everyone's orders. Finally it's my turn....the girl at the ice cream bar takes my order wrong. I said 3 times to her I wanted a small cone and one scoop, she's so busy talking with her friend she charges me 15 dollars for my ice cream. Not to mention after I checked my account.....I realized she charges me twice. So $30 bucks. Ugh so I go back in, tell her my mistake. Then she has the nerve to say it was my card that made the mischarge and she can't fix it. I've worked in food retail....and you never accuse a customer like that. It took over 10 mins for me to get a manager to fix the mistake. They didn't even give me back the full 30. They still charged me for the 15 dollar large cones! Plus the girl that was taking to her friend, gave her ice cream for free..... Christ I never met kids so ignorant. Told the manager and she charges her friend. To witness all that stuff go down within a 30 min spand is very unprofessional. By the time I got out.....the ice cream was melted.

Updated: I haven't seen those same girls when I've gone. Just make sure to be vocal and assertive getting your orders in. Lately I haven't had a complaint and the updated staff is very friendly and bubbly. Please keep an eye on your employees. Get some times mistakes happen. But even the slightest mistake can make a huge difference in customer revenue. Appreciate the staffing now and hope that it continues with...

I have never been so disrespected by a group of what appeared to be school age children in my life. My wife and I went into this location earlier tonight and were met by several employees who couldn’t be less interested in working. Once i finally got the attention of one of them after she begrudgingly pulled herself away from her phone I was told that they would not be serving anyone without a mask. I informed them that I have a medical exemption & that because of that I was not required to wear one by the governors mask mandate. I was then told it was actually company policy that everyone inside the store had to wear a mask. I asked to see the policy and was immediately told to leave the store because they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. In short I would highly recommend going to another location regardless of your ability to wear a mask or not as the employees poor attitudes and subpar service will leave a taste so bitter in your mouth even the sweet treats won’t be able to overcome it.
