We ordered soy sauce noodles, shrimp har gow, pork shumai, pan fried chive dumplings, and baked bbq pork buns. The noodles were good, and the best thing we had here by far. But keep reading, because that doesn't say much! The shrimp har gow was watery and bland. The pork shumai, typically a favorite of ours when having dim sum, was rubbery and watery. Pan-fried chive dumplings were terrible. I THINK they were pork. They were riddled with gristle and, in my opinion, inedible. I tried to choke one down but just couldn't. Pictures are of the baked bbq pork buns. The photos actually lightened up tops, but they were BURNT. We asked for a replacement but were told they are supposed to be that color. The photo on the menu doesn't reflect that. Nor in the hundreds of times I've ordered char siu bao, have I ever been served ones that was nearly black on top. We didn't eat them, so I'm unable to give my opinion on them. Everything we ordered (and ate), with the exception of the noodles, was pretty rubbery, very watery, and really lacked flavor and tasted like it was frozen prior to cooking. YUCK! We've never been so thankful for soy and chili sauces!

Very clean spot, friendly staff, prompt service, and food is tasty :) I'm impressed at how good the rice noodles (cheung fan) with bbq pork were. Fried Meat Dumplings (ham sui gok) were tasty and not too much batter. Only strange experience was the Siu Mai. The siu mai (or pork/shrimp dumplings with roe) looked right, but the taste was more like an italian sausage filling. Again, still tasty! But not what you'd expect from siu mai. Seaweed salad was nice and fresh, a good break from the more oily items. However, surprised to see it on a Chinese menu, but nontheless, enjoyed. Egg tarts were nice and flakey. Red bean sesame balls were also tasty, but very little red bean filling. I also appreciated their reusable menu ordering system. :)

I recently dined at IT Dimsum and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The fast service ensured that we never had to wait long for our delicious dishes. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and genuinely friendly. The restaurant's cleanliness was impeccable, creating a pleasant and hygienic dining environment. The portions were more than generous, making it great value for money. Additionally, the tables were spaced evenly, allowing for a comfortable and private dining experience. Overall, IT Dimsum combines efficiency, excellent service, and high-quality food in a well-maintained setting. Highly recommended!

I found it only OK the 1st time I went. I gave it a second chance. It was a mediocre repeat. The food is meh.

But, I have to tell you, I could probably handle 'meh' if the atmosphere was joyful!!!

Like anyone and everyone I know who works hard for their money, and chooses wisely on spending it, I appreciate a happy atmosphere with folks who APPRECIATE my patronage.

The atmosphere in here is dull. A lot of things in life can be 'tolerated' with a robust and happy atmosphere! A lot!

Meh food could seem like good food with a smiling, chatting, caring server. Or the folks in the back who are cooking and speaking a foreign language might want to pop out and ask their patrons how things are tasting- how they could be improved- or how about this: thank you for coming in! Or maybe: Please come again if you enjoyed our service and our food!! Brilliant idea!! Then you'd realize that we speak your language too!

Good food can seem like GREAT food in a kind and caring atmosphere.

Great food can feel like your eating back home with family on the west coast or even in the Pacific realm...with a server or owner/manager who is mindful of the persons who came to help you keep your business open!

Two times IT DIMSUM; TWO TIMES! I gave you a chance.

Neither time did I get...'thank you's, nor, "how are you doing today", nor "we look forward to seeing you again soon!" Or even anything similar. Zero hospitality! The name of the game in America is CUSTOMER SERVICE!

In a time when someone can give you a free review/rating of goodness- (or not) publicly, why wouldn't you take advantage of that? I don't think I have ever given any place 'round the world or 'round this country less than a 4⭐ rating. Until I have you. Second chance.

Free tips for you... All of this.

Also, your condiments on the tables are not very clean either; it's a turn off to diners.

I would love to know that somehow, I just picked two of your worst days ever! - and that if I came again, I would have my socks knocked off with outstanding Customer Service!!

Listen...

It’s been four years since I last visited, and unfortunately, today was incredibly disappointing.

Starting with the walk-in experience—it was okay, I guess. They handed us a menu as we walked in. Not bad, but nothing noteworthy. Then we placed our order: I asked for a Sprite, and my wife ordered water. The Sprite came in a can, which I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known ahead of time. My wife mentioned the water tasted off and of very low quality.

Moving on to the food—it arrived surprisingly quickly, but it was lukewarm, almost as if it had been reheated. The consistent theme of the meal was "underseasoned." I ended up apologizing to my wife for bringing her here because, in comparison, China Luck is FAR better.

I honestly couldn’t understand why the place was so busy. The food I had was subpar, and I had to take it home, reheat it, and season it just to make it palatable. Everything—and I mean everything—was bland.

From the frozen potstickers to the flavorless soup, nothing stood out or satisfied me. We packed everything up and left, thoroughly disappointed. We won’t be returning and will stick with our favorite spot, China Luck, just...
