Denny's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I visited the Juan Tabo location on 06/29/2022 again. And it gas gotten worse than before. They are out if so many food item. EVERYDAY!! No steaks, chops mashed potatoes, rice. Lemons and the shake dispenser is broke so no shakes. Plus there were other items the lust was quite extensive. There were other things that they did not have. Why is the restaurant to open? Now for the other problems. Two servers on the floor. Only one side of restaurant is open. The servers can't handle more than 2 tables each???. And you wonder why you come to this location. Adrianna needs to be retrained. She tries butcits very difficult. I was seated at a booth. And before she offered me a drink selection she gave me the lustvif items they were out of. Mostly everything was except breakfast items.. From steaks, chops mashed potatoes to lemons and they xant make any shakes the machine is broke. Plus there were so many other items on the list I stopped listening. I asked if they had strawberries and she wasn't sure. She had to check to know yes they finally did have strawberries so I ordered two crepes. Not a lot of choices. She brought the crepes to me. And asked if i needed anythin3g else?? And she never returned to my table only to give me the bill. And she asked if I was finished with my plate. I said yes. And she said I could pay at the cashierand. While I was getting my things gathered up to leave a group of 5 people came in and the needed a big table. They were very large men and she informed them that only the booths were open. Not great customer service. Yet the have 2 servers? Doesn't make a lot of sense!! Plus it is on the side where the car that crashed thru the door which they have yo block off the large booths. Again does not make a whole lot of sense. I hope Dennys is aware of this problem. And to add more misery to this huge problem I went up to pay my bill and I guess SHE was the Mgr on dury. She took my check TOOK her. Keys opened the register took my aarp card and the ticket and rang my transaction. No hi how are you how was the meal NOTHING!! DID NOT SAT THSNK YOU JUST SIGN THE AARP PAPER. No thank you nothing. I am sure if Dennys Corporate office knew about this they would be pulling there hair out!! Is that anything that can be done?? This location gives Dennys a very bad name!! I do apprecyour time time in this matter. Thank you so very much taken the time to listen and solve...

Alexander Holguin, is an all-in-one customer experience and satisfaction grantee at this specific Denny's. His reputation says it all he is a very welcoming Manager the times i been there, he is always addressing his Late night shift crew in the most respectful and professional way as possible. Now that is what i call Team work. :) He delivers the food in time and makes sure every guest in Denny's its at their best needs. Customer engagement is satisfactory 100% to its max level. This manager deserves a higher rank in its position; Another person that i like to highlight in my updated review is Jerrika Maestas and Staar Aguilar. Very wonderful servers always in time with your order and food, they deliver great smiles and fast orders. They check with you every 5 mins making sure your are taken care of for that night.

Excellent communication with these two their very charismatic, friendly, hella funny but great people at hearts hard working people deserves to shine in this business establishment. Also in addition i like to add server and cook at times James Guest. During the lock-down of Covid for the past 2 years i have met an amazing worker; he is good to talk, pick up any conversation and enlighten your mood when ever you are feeling stressed out from work or feeling down at times. He is your go to server to enrich your life with a hint of spices and milkshakes. THE BEST DESSERTS! in late night, Grab a milkshake this guy is the guy you want to be served during his shift. His vibe and rapid fast movement is what makes this place full speed of a good night meal.

Overall my favorite spot to come over after going to a bar or catching up with friends, bring your grandfather and remember those good times when he use to drive you around and tell his stories of the 1950s and just have some good laughs, tell jokes and make good memories. Denny's is Denny's what makes it amazing is you and the person spending time in it. I really thank the people who work here has brought me great joy and their awesome stories i can't wait to pop there in a late night open a 24...

Absolutely atrocious. We waited 15 minutes before the only server working asked if we had been helped... WHO ELSE was meant to attend us?? He was VERY incompetent, came back 2x to ask us to repeat our orders. Don'tknow why he didn't consider writing it down. The place was practically empty & no one came for another half hour after us but it still took us 45 minutes to get out AWFUL food. The server stood there with the plates & we ultimately had to put the food on the table ourselves because he just stood and stared. I don't think the cook cleaned the pans between meals because they all had black char on them & my friend's sandwich tasted like my philly cheesesteak eggs. My other friend got a ridiculously dry steak, we sent it back & the cook gave us another steak that was almost impossible to cut through. Another friend got dry, blackened sausages which also had to be sent back. We asked for several different condiments multiple times. I believe the waiter became upset at the repeated amount of requests (we asked for ketchup 3x) & afterwards stopped coming by our table. We had to go look for him in order to get what we asked for. The food was absolutely terrible. The staff were lazy & kept ignoring us or forgetting simple requests. We waited 15 minutes to pay after we got our check & since no one attended us we left the cash on the table & left. Immediately the server came after us & attempted to chastise us for "dining & dashing" which was absolutely not the case, but we didn't want to wait any longer for poor service. This restaurant brings a bad name to Dennys & I only wish I had checked the other reviews before going or taken photos of the disgusting quality of the restaurant. This place should immediately be...
