SINCE MY INITIAL REVIEW, THE COMPANY REACHED OUT AND GENUINELY APOLOGIZE FOR THE BEHAVIOR OF THE MANAGER THERE. THEY TOOK THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THIS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR HIM AND FOLLOWED UP SEVERAL TIMES AFTER. I WRITE THIS IN ALL CAPS SO YOU CAN TRULY FEEL THE HEART FELT THANKS TO THE COMPANY FOR REACHING OUT. DIONS HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY GO TO WHEN I COME BACK TO VISIT AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BE DUE TO THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONCERN THEY SHOWED DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME!!
My mother and I have been adhering to the shut out. We have done everything right. Tonight we went to see my father through the window of his hospital room and were so happy he was making a turn for the better. We went to celebrate with a slice of pizza from Dions. Before I ordered I asked what measures they were taking to practice clean preparation and delivery. They said they were wearing gloves and washing hands. We got there and they were doing nothing to protect the consumers, which is you lifeline at the moms. We took the food stupidly and went home. We were watching the news and they were saying the the virus stays in the air for 2.5 hours. I was mad that we had been so diligent and then we went to a restaurant that showed no concern for the public. My mom called an spoke to a manager, Noah, telling him that she was 80 years old and scared. She said she was very concerned that there was no sign of proper Hygiene. Noah proceeded to tell her that there was no policy stating that the workers had to wear gloves at the drive up where they exchange money and touch our food. His great advice was to call their corporate offices to complain and then he smugly said goodbye and “have a good day.” This was a smug kid who doesn’t even know the impact this has on his community. I WILL. NEVER GO TO DIONS AGAIN IN GOOD TIMES OR BAD. I will also be reporting this to the...
Read moreUpdated review I just got home and I made sure to check my bag for my “” extra olives and I saw there was a thing of olives in there so I proceeded on and I got home noticing that there were no olives in my Greek salad which comes with olives so I was triple charged for Olives so I was charged for the olives that didn’t come with it and I was charged for two sides of all of that also did not come with it what did come with it were about four olives cut into quarters in a little black container mixed with some white looking cheese. I’m sorry but it’s really hard to mess up a salad that has been made 1 million times I should’ve known though by the tone of the persons voice I spoke with who seemed like he would much rather be with his Brose than at work. I will not be taking my family and each other’s restaurant again please don’t get me wrong though this does not speak for Dion’s everywhere This just happens to be the Dion’s closest to Le Cueva high school so you get what you get But I’m still gonna review it and in my opinion the pizza is called and the salad did not come as ordered this by giving very clear directions and having them read back twice. One slice of cheese 1/2 Greek salad with no mix That’s itAnd an extra order of olives on the side please tell me am I being rude or do you have to be a little bit stupid to mess that order up? I’m sorry stupid is not the correct word careless maybe or ignorant or uninformed or misinformed or poorly trained I guess there’s a lot of words that could...
Read moreThis was a first time experience. I decided I wanted to order my food in advance so I gave Dion’s on Wyoming a call.
During the call, I mentioned that had never been there so I asked what she recommended. ..She said “I don’t know”. So I asked how big the slices where and she responded with “decent”. It was a painfully awkward ordering experience to say the least. To wrap up the call she asked for my phone number so I proceed to give it to her THREE times; the third time I went very very slow and I still had to correct it when she repeated it. slaps face When I arrived, the lady at the window couldn’t find my food under my name nor my phone number because they girl who took my call apparently didn’t get either righT. Just sad.
In regards to the pizza, I was definitely satisfied with the price, quality and overall taste so I will definitely be back for another go however I really wish that they would practice simple “order taking skills” over the phone because it was terrifying. (Ordered...
