Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Albuquerque

We are really disappointed with this particular store. We’ve frequented this store for better than several years, however this particular exchange came with new management and a total lack of customer service or interpersonal skills. It started with the call in order. The store would not be able to deliver are order for longer than 3 hours(totally unacceptable). We placed our order at 11pm knowing that we would get our order no more than 30 minutes based on history together. We opted to go for instead. They assured us it would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived 45 minutes afterward only to find out that one of their employees was arguing with an irate customer. Needle to say our order was not ready or even started. All in all we waited for 90 minutes for and order that was promised to be completed within 30 minutes. With much disappointment our food was cold and the the crust undercooked. The manager did not have the professionalism to discuss the variables that led up to mediocre service. He had his employees do his job while they were advocating an apologetic for the management lack of leadership. Well, I suppose nothing last forever(good service). The only reason I put 2 stars was for the nice young lady who help me on my the phone. But tonight I ordered 40 dollars worth of food that's 2 pizzas and cinnamon twist plus tip and waited an hour for my food to be delivered to the wrong address and instead of the workers being honest they lied and said it's on its way! So I waited 30 more minutes and called back and the recording said my pizza was dilvered not to mention I received a text that it was delivered by Dylan over and hour ago. So instead of the team making this right they refunded my order which I won't get the money for 3 days it did not take 3 days to pay for the order but have to wait to get my money back! We order allot from this store and never had a problem! Now I'm here at Whataburger starving in a long line!!! For all this trouble I should have been offered something than just a refund!!!!!!! If they want my 5 stars back I really hope they make this right if not I'm done with this domino's! I read so many reviews and by the looks of it they need to hire people who know what they are doing and who care that customers are taken care of and satisfied! I have never had such a terrible experience in my life!!!!!

So I called today and spoke with management and I am happy to say he made it right and comped my next family meal up to $40 bucks worth Thank You...

I had placed an order online for carryout. I entered the building and NO ONE greeted me. There was a man helping some customer before me so I stepped to the side, and waited for the sale to be completed. He did notice me, but instead of acknowledging that someone would be right with me, he ran off to the back to deliver an order. I waited, and the phone started ringing. Everyone seemed to be oblivious to their surrounding, and very concentrated on taking orders, and looking at the screens. There is no one covering the front counter, and the phones are still ringing when Server 3931 took the call. After he was finished taking the order, he was about to leave the counter to do whatever, when I spoke up, and told him I have not been helped. He apologized, and I was finally helped after 8 minutes. I was not happy with the service for this location, and would like to add that store 9310 needs to work on their customer service skills. Someone needs to be at the front counter, greeting the customers as they walk-in, and making sure those dining in/arriving for carryout are taken care of. Even Little Caesar's does a better job by acknowledging their customers, asking what they can get for you, and thanking their customers as they leave to come back again.
