I ordered pick up from this place and mistakenly didn’t check my order. When we got home we were missing a few items so I called and asked to have the one item refunded because it was wrong. I spoke with a lady and I explained everything to her calmly she then gave the phone to what I assume to be the “manager” who told me there was no reason to refund but that he was now going to refund the whole order when I wasn’t even asking for a full refund but he totally refused to hear me out and told me I was being rude and out of line…I wasn’t by the way. My husband heard the entire thing and the guy hung up on me. My husband, who is the manager of a restaurant, called back and tried to kindly explain what he had witnessed right next to me, the guy proceeded to tell my husband he was also rude and I was rude and hung up on him as well. This guy is unprofessional and unhinged as a human being. I can’t believe this person is in a place of management. How embarrassing. He also said he blocked our numbers from the store and we would no long be able to order from there. Not a problem to us, we would not like to go to this location again knowing that this delusional employee runs it. I cannot stress this enough, if you have any issue you will get the same treatment. Read moreOrdered for instore pickup. Redeemed points for 1 free pizza and ordered a second pizza. Checked in at the window and was told it would be 8 minutes and they would bring the pizza to us in the front.. (even though the app said it was in "Quality check") About 10 minutes later I watched Allen (he later said he was the manager on duty) move two pizzas to the top of the oven. About 15 minutes later still no pizza and no pizzas coming out of the oven. A few minutes later my wife walks back around to the drive through window and talks to Allen. I see what's happening and walk around to refuse the old pizzas. Allen is not at all apologetic about leaving the pizza sit, wasting our time, or the employees not doing what they said they would do. Instead he says "These are fine, it will just waste more of your time if we remake them". At this point it is clear he does not value providing good quality food or good customer service. I told him we did not want old pizza and asked that he refund my points. He said he already refunded the points. Placed a takeout order around 9:30pm, drove to the location, went to go to the door and an employee stopped me and told me that the lobby was closed. Mind you, I had never BEEN to this location before, and proceeded like any normal person and tried to go into the lobby. Apparently it’s locked. If you are only allowing people to pick up their orders in the drive-through, then you need to state so during the order placement process online.
While we begrudgingly made our way to the drive through line, a man walked up to the front of our car to speak at the window. Apparently, he was from out of town and staying in one of the nearby hotels. He didn’t have a car and wanted food, so he ordered dominos. Like us, when walking up to the lobby door, he saw that he could only go through the drive-through. This is incredibly unsafe for pedestrians to have to walk where cars are driving IN THE DARK.
