Firehouse Subs at this location gets five stars for exceptional....above and beyond service! We needed a caterer that could bring the whole meal deal to our memorial service/reception. The online menu had the exact sandwich package we were looking for but delivery to the reception was crucial. I called in advance to make sure all was good and Ally the manager reassured me she would take care of delivery and provided her private cell number. I ordered the sandwich platters in person and Daniel gave me the attention and the confidence that everything would be tasty and on time. As promised our three deluxe sandwich platters with chips, cookies, beverages and more were on time and presented in a way in required nothing else, just cups for the drinks. Daniel personally delivered it knowing how important it was. We got a variety of sandwiches with two different meats. My sandwich, an Italian sub was delicious and tasted as if it had just been made! So much to do at a church service to accommodate the schedule with family and friends. Firehouse Subs at Montgomery Plaza came through with flying colors. Being friendly, professional and reliable was a bonus to the...

There really should be a 'star' for warning others away for safety. I sent my husband here because of relatively recent experiences with Subway in the EM. I was really looking forward to this, We'd been to a different location years ago, the one on Academy and Wyoming, and that was great! At this location, We received two subs, a turkey bacon ranch & a steak and cheese. The turkey bacon ranch had only HALF a bun (top half, otherwise it would've been noticeable at pick up) about 1/2 piece of bacon, and what HAS to be less than a half portion of turkey. The steak and cheese not only smell rotten, but you can see the slime all over it. I thought about trying with a fork and knife on mine, but discovered the food on that is also rotten. Unfortunately, I did take a small bite of turkey. Hopefully, it won't be enough to cause food poisoning.🙏At the prices Firehouse charges, every customer SHOULD be able to rely on what's promised. We think the pictures will say it all. I will NOT even try this place again. Hard to believe they really care this little about their customers, but the food &...

My first job was at a pizza place. We closed at 10:00 PM every night. If we were at the door living at 10, and someone walked up, we were to hold the door open for them. If someone called at 10:00, we were to answer the phone. If we didn't do those things, we were fired.

I got to the door at 8:48, and they close at 9. Late I know, but the movie ended just before then. Regardless, I expected to get food. The door was locked. A young lady behind the counter saw me and was scolding another guy, I'm assuming the one who locked it. I turned around and the car who pulled up behind me backed out. I turned around and pointed, then belligerently slapped my wrist saying, "It's not 9!" It began pouring rain and I was getting in my truck. He had walked over to the clock on the wall and checked to make sure he was wrong. He then walked over to the door and unlocked, signaling me to come in. I backed out.

I'd leave one star, but the girl behind the counter clearly had her...

I have nothing bad to say at this restaurant. They make excellent sandwiches and have fantastic chili. They were very friendly throughout the entire experience, and ordering food was quite quick. From the time I ordered, it took about five minutes for me to be prepared and given. I got the medium Italian sandwich which had the perfect amount of meat and paired with the cheese, mayonnaise, and perfectly toasted bread, this sandwich was incredible! The chili was also surprisingly tasty. Not too oily, this chili was chunky with tons of meat and tomatoes. The secret is to get their sriracha packets and dump 2 of them in a bowl of chili. This elevates the flavor and brings a subtle kick that the chili definitely needs.

Ist time there. I've lived here 15 yrs. The atmosphere great. Fast, friendly This place serves top of line sandwiches of one I order was the brisket sub. I can't even explain because it was the best I've had along time. Definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a great sandwich.. kinda pricey but it's worth them. Best sub shop in town for me.
