My family and I went in yesterday for lunch and as we waited in line we noticed there was only one employee working the front of house. He was finishing a customers order and just as he finished that customers order another impatient customer from behind us, skipped the line and walked up to the cash register and asked the one worker up front if he could just order a drink, and the cashier looked at us, who were waiting our turn like everyone else, and proceeded to help that customer who came in after us. As the one worker agreed to help the impatient customer behind us, the customer decided to ask if he could get some other side items added on as well. This order that should have been just a drink order and should have been taken after we ordered, slowly turned into a whole order that he paid with in cash that took him even more time to count out. After the one worker up front helped this impatient customer who was behind us, he then walks out from behind the counter, to do whatever, and tells us he will be right with us, thus making us wait even further. Read moreI have to say that this restaurant is mostly consistent, thank God. They always try to work fast, but time is of no issue to me. Even if I'm low on time, I would rather people take their time with my food than get it wrong.
I always order a steak burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. They have a lot of toppings to choose from with your choice of protein. A few times the steak was burnt and/or dry. But it's better than under-cooked. I've had Salmonella twice in my life now (not from this restaurant) and I do not wish to relive the painful experience.
The only reason why I am giving it 3 stars is because the steak was burnt and that my $9 (including tax) burrito turned into a $14 + change burrito. If I was getting more food, then I would pay more, but I'm getting the same amount of food for more money. Guacamole is almost an extra $3, but I look forward to it because it's the only food with guacamole that I have all year long.
On my limited income, I can only afford to visit this restaurant 2-3 times a year now. That's why I'm thankful that it's mostly consistent. I hope this review helps others make a decision...

This location when it’s not busy has some of the worst tasting food. Tonight no dressing, the brown rice was stale, the black beans and sour cream were the only fresh thing about the salad. It was so tasteless. Why no dressing i don’t get it. Last week it was corn now it’s the dressing. Someone ain’t doing their job!
Update yesterday night July 18 evening went to this chipotle cause menaul didn’t have ice in their machine. Ordered 3 steak tacos. I asked the employee is the steak pretty fresh she goes yeah. So I get all 3 with corn sour cream cheese. I sit down and the first bite I take the steak was cold. I tell my dad he even says it’s cold. We go up to the counter the manager a guy was a complete jerk. He did replace my steak from the carpool lane but didn’t check the mainline steak. I will not be back to this...
