Update 4-2-24, ~6:30 PM. A negative 3. Mediocre, to bad, now to worse than bad. Inconceivable! Order messed up again. Grilled nuggets had a wait time (not a big deal if they had actually tasted fresh and were in fact at least warm). Was told to pull around and park, it would be only 2 minutes. 7 minutes later here it comes. I live 5 minutes away. Everything was stone cold. Lids on the drinks (which were in a carrier) were not secured properly and sloshed all over my upholstery…Also, they were to be easy ice - one had 3/4 of a cup of ice, the other over a 1/2. $38 bucks for swill! I will NEVER eat at a chic fil a again in this town. Where is a modicum of a standard/QC???
2-27-24 ~ 7PM…. Well, my wife convinced me to give it another try. So, we ordered for 3. Two salads that weren’t correct, then they replaced them with 2 salads that were also wrong. I had a wrap….if it had 2-3 oz of chicken I would be surprised. Ugh. How do they consistently screw it up. Not hyperbole! It ain’t rocket science. I down graded them from 3 stars to 1 star. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!! Never
Update 1-9-24, ~8:27 PM….thought I would give them another chance…oh brother, dumb and dumber worked there running the counter. I ordered a grilled chicken club with extra tomato’s. I got a chicken sandwich (not a club), so no bacon or cheese & no extra tomato’s. But I paid for one! Yes, when we called they said they’d make it right on the next visit. The manager was very nice….but, it ain’t rocket science. Then, they messed up on my wife’s salad. Ordered with blue cheese plus extra blue cheese..and, yes, you guessed it…NO BLUE CHEESE! WOW.
I personally will never eat here again. So tired of the order being messed up 100% of the time. Not hyperbole! My wife is a glutton for punishment, so, even though they ALWAYS forget to put blue cheese on her salad…she will go back…. I don’t get that, but that’s her call. My call is I have voted with my wallet! Bye
Update....4/13/2021 The COVID Effect apparently....I gave them a try again after 2 months....and, once again (even when I asked “please don’t mess up the order, the last 5-6 orders were all wrong”) they messed it up. Usually they mess up my wife’s salad. This time they gave me a regular sandwich instead of the spicy deluxe. It’s NOT rocket science! I down graded from 3 stars to 1 star! I will not be back!!!
Fast food ok. They NEVER get the order right! Not hyperbole...NEVER.... Update: My wife and son eat there weekly…they still NEVER get the orders...
Read moreDear mr. Fil-et I'm a local business owner and Delivery Driver. I do appreciate your need for having the best customer service, which I believe your restaurant does.
However as a delivery driver picking up at Chick-fil-A is problematic having to come inside the restaurant is an 11 to 23 minute wait that unfortunately transfers to the customer. The only other option is the drive-thru which is horrific at best and can be up to a 30 minute wait. which we cant use anyway.
Of course a well-prepared hot meal is the point of all this but there needs to be balance. As I mentioned before I am a business owner and as I build that business I'm working for this delivery service to keep my own lights on and my family fed. So I don't refuse calls from Chick-fil-A. But what you may not know is there is an unofficial list of restaurants that most delivery drivers automatically decline. Cheesecake Factory being the number one restaurant to decline and 3rd or 4th is Chick-fil-A. As my business picks up I want to leave this delivery company with a perfect 100% rating, Just a personal goal. The cost to the driver that this 11 to 22 minute wait time generates is not easy to fathom for a restaurateur that transacts millions of meals per year but understand that on this lower level of life that us delivery service drivers have to live on 22 minutes is very significant.
Perhaps having the meal prepared when it is posted/paid for as opposed to waiting until the driver arrives at the restaurant. And having a staff member either bring the meal to the driver or meet the driver at the door of the restaurant.... In the end with the present system the customer waits an additional unnecessary time period. Also costing the driver some of thier living wage.
Additionally rest assured that your hospitalities presented at the counter by an exemplary staff are passed on by me to the customer at the door however in store pleasantries add additional time to...
Read moreI am utterly DISGUSTED with my experience at Chick-fil-A on Montgomery. This pas tuesday I found NAIL CLIPPINGS in my FROSTED LEMONADE, 8 to be exact! I AM 100% positive they were nails, even my coworkers agreed and were utterly disgusted. I took a picture before I threw it in the trash, I DID NOT DRINK IT. I went during lunch hour around 12:20pm through the drive thru. I reccomend to go in and watch them make your drinks. I went in person to complain and all they offer me was a frosted lemonade and that they would investigate. I asked them to look at the cameras to find out who did it and fire them. I complained to corporate and i asked that local location to follow up on what they found. They were friendly, the manager who handled this was nice but kept saying that if they found something wrong they would follow up on it, and he kept saying it may have been lemon grinds. At the end he said they looked at cameras and they saw nothings wrong and that he thought it was lemon grinds. I am extremely mad because he says HE THINKS they are lemon grinds AND I KNOW IT WAS HUMAN FINGER NAIL CLIPPLINGS. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION and from now on I WILL WALK In to watch people make my food and drinks. I AM EXTREMELY DISATISFIED with the FOLLOW UP OF THIS PLACE. YES, they were nice but acted like it was not a big deal . SO DISGUSTED! I DO NOT WANT A FREE FROSTED LEMONADE , I WANT THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DISGUSTING ACT...
