Since Freddy's game to town I wasn't sure because we've had so many quote-unquote quality burger joints pop up however not being a big fast-food fan myself and not wanting to cook I went to Freddy's and order the number one with no onions and I got a milkshake once I saw their milkshakes it looks so amazing because they make it from custard that is freshly made. Let me say that is probably one of if not the best fast-food burgers and close to All Around best burgers I've enjoyed in general which I was very impressed by. Not only this but I was given amazing customer service and because of a mix-up at the counter they didn't charge me the $5 for the shake and only for the large drink that came with my meal instead of charging me they happily just gave me my Frozen Custard shake and thanked me for coming in. I've been back three times since that first visit and had a pleasant visit every single time. I will say watch your cholesterol LOL it's more of a treat for me but if you love good tasty food treats and savory this is a great place to go if you want something quicker as well. But it doesn't have that girls fast food pre-made cookie cutter ceiling even the patties are made by hand and the reason they do double is because they make them thinner so it's the same price anyways. There's a great restaurant and last but not least their custard and their shakes are the best I've ever had I used to go to Baskin-Robbins when I would want a treat like that every month or every couple of months they'll make it with world-class chocolate or whatever ice cream you would like at Baskin-Robbins however I will probably never get a milkshake or from anywhere other than Freddy's if it's available. They're custard is just unbelievable I mean they have to make their straws five times bigger than the normal straw just to be able to drink it and this is coming from someone who doesn't drink milk lol. Unbelievable food unbelievable service five stars all the way guys I just like to give for only because there's always room for improvement somewhere but truly I haven't seen any so I'm going to change it to 5...
Read moreMyself and my colleague went into Freddys for steak burgers. I had a mask and my friend had left his or forgot. He went in first and they took his order and afterwards said they couldnt make his food because he didnt have a mask on. They went back and forth for a bit then he was handed a mask from a box on the counter. I finally ordered then we walked outside for social distancing. We went around the side and discovered food can be ordered and served outside and they again tried to debate him about leaving the property without a mask and he stated as soon as I get my food ill go. So were waiting and waiting and a customer walked out and was like hey I think your food is ready so we bolt in to grab it and go but half of our orders are missing. My friend tried explaining to the kid on the side where you get the fry sauce about how it seems they messed up our order purposely to teach us a lesson over having a mask as the 2 girls talked among themselves observing us in the back. Then the kid got brave and he started pointing his finger at my friend raising his voice over him while he was explaining what was missing from our order. The kid told him you need to leave now pointing and getting loud. So he said I was going to wait outside anyways. Before he did other customers with no mask on are walking around grabbing sauce, napkins talking and looking bewildered as to why is a kid scolding this grown man. I told the kid they need to be trained again because this is something new everyone is dealing with but disrespecting customers and telling me to calm down when I tell him there's a better way to handle things is not the Freddys Im use too. I didnt want those kids to encounter someone else who may have a short fuse or bad day. I feel businesses should be able to provide mask if need be. Also you had dine in and they didnt have a mask on when not eating so whats the point of arguing? They seemed on edge for even having to try and repeat...
Read moreStepped into this Freddy's on a recent evening for the first time, had a quick meal and I was not disappointed.
The restaurant has a throwback vibe about it. Feels like a 50's diner.
I had the Freddy's Original Double With Cheese Combo: Two steakburger patties, cheese, mustard, onion & pickle on a toasted bun. For a side I had the cheese fries but you have your choice of Freddy’s Shoestring Fries, Cheese Fries, Chili Cheese Fries, Cheese Curds, Onion Rings, Chili, Applesauce, or Baked Lays.
My meal was great. I really enjoyed my burger and the cheese fries were tasty, too.
The service I received was friendly and efficient.
The restaurant was super clean throughout.
My only regret was that I didn't try any of the custard. I had planned on ordering custard after my meal but was too stuffed. I will definitely be back soon for the custard.
I liked everything about this restaurant and enthusiastically recommend Freddy's to anyone.
Can't...
