Rush Bowls — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Ordered 8 bowls online for my coworkers at 830am. Website said they would be ready at 8:51. Went over to pickup the order and the employee was extremely rude and annoyed by our “huge order” he suggested we cater next time. As I was waiting for him to complete the order, he would stop making my order each time a customer came in to order. I would sit and watch him make their bowl while Still not completing ours. We use to love ordering g from this place hit after today we will go to another one. Apparently spending a lot of money at this place annoys the employee that has to work. We were not in a hurry and would have showed up whenever the online said to. Some of the bowls were a little Melted by the time we got them (it had been almost 45 mins since the time it said). I was excited to try this place as I drive by it multiple times a week. Went in to pick up my order and it was totally empty on Sunday at 3 but seemed very clean. The bowl is for my husband but it looks good. $15 for a bowl is steep in my opinion. What really rubbed me the wrong way was the service. The guy I talked to seemed new and had difficulty figuring out which was my order so a blonde lady came from the back and he asked her for help. She slid my bowl across the counter to me without eye contact and when I said thank you she said “yep.” No silverware or napkins provided or offered for my to go order. I went in this afternoon- without my glasses and asked the gentleman working if he could recommend something milky-coconut based. He recommended the Aloha. I thought it sounded like what I was wanting. However it was pink in color and very pineapple tasting. I was disappointed that he didn’t ask what I would like as a topper as I can see off the pamphlet that I could have got one. Also I purchased the packaged granola bites, I was charged $4.99 and my friend who was there before me said that she only paid $3.99.
