If I could rate this location a zero I would, first off how hard is it to have your staff just be kind?! I would understand not being nice if a customer wasn’t nice, but a simple greeting would do. I placed an online order and immediately my order was incorrect. The employee immediately didn’t believe what I had on my order stating it wasn’t on the order, I showed the email with the order confirmation they got annoyed and fixed it like their ass. Read moreI used to LOVE this place! Recently not so much. Every time I’ve visited recently they are extremely under staffed and have one employee working at the busiest times of the day. I also don’t like how the rewards changed from being able to use the card or phone number to the app the last 3 times including my visit today either the app was having issues or their scanner was having issues which caused me to lose out on points today alone I spent 25 of that 0 points because the machine was down.
