I was moving and needed some new furniture, and I was looking for the rustic, Mexican style of furniture. I did some research online and then I went to three different stores. The first one had prices that seemed very high, the second had better prices but not exactly what I was looking for, and then I came to Jackalope. They not only had the best prices, they had exactly what I was looking for.

I bought a large bookcase with cupboards on the bottom that was exactly what I wanted. Then I bought a bench that could go at the foot of my bed. I also wanted a large mirror to go at the end of my hallway. I found a huge one that was maybe more than I wanted to pay, but it was so unique, truly a one-of-a-kind piece that I decided I had to have it. Then I bought a small hutch that was also one-of-a-kind and just perfect for my needs.

The salespeople were all very helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy.

These pieces were heavy and not going to be easy to move, so I asked if they had a delivery service. They said they didn’t but gave me the name and number of a guy they recommend. He quoted me what I thought was a very reasonable price, and delivered everything right on time.

I went looking for cucumber plants. While they had sold out, my experience there was great. I don't normally write reviews, however from the employee in the parking lot who asked if we needed help, to the girl who rang up my order, EVERYONE that worked there was soooo nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten names to give them a shout out. I asked about dahlias, and the girl helping didn't know an answer. She quickly responded that she would go ask another. The young man, who had asked if I needed help earlier, came over to discuss the dahlia question. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The girl at the register was also friendly, pleasant, and so nice. They have an enormous amount of flowers and beautiful and unique items in the store. THIS was great customer service, something that seems to be lacking in our society. Oftentimes I leave stores thinking, "wow I'm sorry I interrupted your WORKday with me presence". I was at the balloon fiesta with my dad, barely made it full of crowds. The one store I stumbled into was this one I got a native designed jellyfish of the sort stuffed animal. It was turned inside out so when I got home, I didn’t realize the whole inside of it not only that I was a secret shopper. And I handed that Young Short male with A cap on he also had a poorly grown mustache on each side. That’s his description anyways I handed him $46 after he told me my total was $26 and he failed to Be an honest citizen, as well as employee. He should be looked at immediately. If I was the manager of this establishment I would have eyes on him all the time if he hasn’t already been caught. I would evaluate the hiring process. As well as make things right.
