Bluewater Village — Local services in Albuquerque

My sister in law and brother live here my brother is disabled is blind in one eye, has diabetes and severe neuropathy in his legs in which he has to use a walker, they have had a water leak for quite a while now they have complained several times to have them fix it and due to the neglect from bluewater apartments my brother has fallen down hurt his back and legs and making him suffer even more pain than hes already in. The apartment is starting to grow mold and they still continue to do absolutely nothing about it. I have tried calling myself and no one answers their phones. OK so I was living at the blue water apartments for about 8-9 months. The 2ND day we were there our car got broken into and stuff was taken. A few months after that me n my husband were coming out if work, once we got home a group of people that live there were standing out side and attacked me n my husband from behind. We told management and they turned around and gave us a 3 day notice. So if your looking to rent here think twice. These people are very unprofessional and don't do there job right. Everything sucks here they never fix ANYTHING!!!! SO if u want your family to b safe I would highly recommend looking...

I don’t normally leave reviews but the 1 minute interaction I had with the women that had picked up was very rude. I called to see if I can schedule a tour and she said they didn’t have anything to tour, I was confused because of how she said, and asked if that meant they didn’t have any available units.
