I was so excited about seeing my all time favorite Krispy Kreme restaurant oh my gosh I was jumping and dancing with excitement! I head over to the store mind you I was walking. Anytime I am on vacation I look for Krispy Kreme! This establishment is the worse and I have been enjoying Krispy Kreme since I was a little girl. The donuts were hard, dry and old! I asked the lady for regular glazed because that is what I ALWAYs get and she told me she didn’t have any! My face dropped and my mouth said what???? Why are there no hot fresh glazed donuts coming out? Are they in the back hiding did your machine break? No then I want a dozen glazed donuts and my complimentary donut! No No No and No. This establishment is a disgrace to the corporation Krispy Kreme. If corporate office does not know about how horrible this one is they need to. Now I understand why nobody was inside now or makes sense because the donuts are trash. One of the door was broken it was just a terrible horrible experience and I would not ever recommend anybody go to this Krispy Kreme and you should be ashamed of yourself. Words cannot and will not describe this experience. Keep on walking people!!!

What a nice photo of a festive holiday donut! From Walmart. That's right; this photo shows an oreo cookie donut and a Christmas tree donut purchased for 58 cents a piece at Walmart after a terrible Christmas Eve experience at Krispy Kreme. Received a coupon advertising holiday donuts with a $6.99 ANY DOZEN coupon valid for Christmas Eve. Took my children to go get donuts for breakfast. They picked out some creepy looking Santa and reindeer donuts but when I handed the cashier my coupon I was informed Any Dozen didn't include any of the holiday donuts. My daughter burst into tears and we left. We use to be frequent customers at this location. Over a year ago they started trying to charge extra for special donuts but then stopped because it was a poor business model when they already overcharge. We got donuts for Halloween and Thanksgiving without being charged extra for themed donuts. Apparently scrooge took over Krispy Kreme just in time for Christmas. If you are treating your kids to holiday donuts, may I recommend the 58 cent Christmas tree from Walmart. It is less creepy looking, decent quality, and fairly priced.

*Grubhub Order* This was a Grubhub order. With ordering from Krispy Kreme the Grubhub app only lets you order 3 of a specific kind at a time. So I called ahead to order what I wanted specifically. The young lady that answered me was professional and courteous. She took my order without hesitation and got it perfect. Through the Grubhub app with tip it came out to $31. The receipt specified that the total order was $15.91 from Krispy Kreme. This is the price of convenience, I am not complaining, just showing what the difference is between pick up and delivery. The box came with stickers to secure it from opening, which is a great idea. Krispy Kreme and the delivery today get 5 starts from me. I recommend calling ahead to the Krispy Kreme you are ordering from to make sure that they have what you want. Good job.
