First time I've ordered for delivery from any restaurant. Online it said "40 min delivery time". I accepted that fact. It was 1:03 PM. I live 1 mile from this store, ordered chef salad, pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and was willing to pay the delIvery charge and extra for chef salad and extra cheese. I will first talk about the delivery.
After the first 40 min. went by, I started watching for the delivery person. After 50 min. went by, I started worrying. After 60 min. went by, 2:05 PM, I called the store. The mgr. said the driver had just left, that they were very busy, and that my food would be delivered fresh and hot. So if you are going to be horribly late, don't you call or email saying so?
After 70 min. I was frustrated. (Remember, I live 1 mile from the store.) After 80 min., twice as long as originally promised, I was again frustrated and called. I was told the driver would be arriving any min. After 95 min., 55 min later than promised, my food showed up. The driver said his mgr. told him to stop at the store to pick up 2-liter bottles of soda, not for me, but because the store had failed to stock enough for their other customers. I threw it off, decided to let it all go and to not get delivery from Pizza 9 again, and set off to heat my cold pizza while eating my chef salad.
But wait! I was given a garden salad, not the chef salad I ordered and paid more for. And the pepperoni pizza with extra cheese? No pepperoni. And if this is extra cheese, I can't believe it. But they took my money for extra cheese.
Now I was "hangry". I called yet again and asked for the mgr. I told her I wanted my money back because my food was an hour late, I was not given the chef salad I ordered and paid for, and was not given a pepperoni pizza. I did not mention the sad amt. of "extra" cheese.
Then the interrogation began. (I've now been dealing with Pizza 9 for 2 hours.) She says the only difference between garden salad and chef salad, is ham. Did I know what ham looks like? Did I see any ham? (I'm hoping to add pictures. Do you see any ham?)
Then she says they put their pepperoni under the cheese. Again, I have taken pictures.) She goes on and on, I'm getting more and more frustrated. She is refusing to refund my money, but, she says, she will re-make my order for me. I'm looking at the clock. Not willing to wait another 2 hours. I told her no and hung up. I would rather lose the $23+ dollars I paid, than have this woman offer me nothing but another 2 hours of hunger and more interrogation.
3:20 P.M. my doorbell rang. It is a Pizza 9 delivery guy, delivering "my order". WT_! I told him I did not order more food, that I told the mgr. I didn't want more food, and to go away.
This business is very unprofessional. They ran out of soda and told the delivery guy to stop at the store and get them some, while he was out to deliver my food. They lied 1, 2, 3 times about the time my food would arrive. They refused to be honest from the start and then refused to admit they made a mistake on fulfilling my order. I'm out money. That makes me mad. But have learned to NEVER BUY FOOD FROM PIZZA 9 AGAIN.
Anybody see ham in my chef salad? Anybody see pepperoni on my pizza? Anybody see extra cheese? BTW, this pizza is not very good. I see my pictures here. Why don't they show up on the website? Can Pizza 9 manipulate their reviews? Oh,...
Read moreThe manager I suppose lady behind the counter just sitting there counting money I asked her if she could run some more pepperoni thru the oven cause this pizza I order has literally 4 pieces of pepperoni I'm literally counting every time I get a pepperoni I've barely ate 2 and I'm on my 3 rd slice of pizza my gf is on 2nd piece and has only had one pepperoni the lady made it such a big deal to run me some pepperoni so I can enjoy my pizza but she said I can run like 3 pieces of pepperoni for u I told her seriously 3 when ur stating there should be 25 pieces on this whole pizza ! And I'm half way thru and in total have had 3 pieces of pepperoni! I told the manager she could keep the 3 pieces of pepperoni and I'm just never going to come back here again! And I told her I will be leaving a bad review on this restaurant she said okay and walked away I'm like seriously dude instead of making the customer happy youd rather have a bad review and lose a loyal customer I was so excited to find out there was a pizza9 so close to my new house but I guess ill wait till I travel home back to the best pizza 9 I've ever eaten at which is in ESPANOLA NM ! if u read ur reviews lady I told u I'd be leaving a bad review when u could have just made me satisfied with my pizza and had a loyal customer n a great review but you lost both today cause you don't put the customer first! Especially if the customer isn't happy with what they paid for ! And I'm surely not happy this pizza was worse than a frozen one with just sause and pineapple n crust no flavor of...
Read moreWent to go pick up a pizza my friend and neighbor had called in since I was out. Was told by the manager they gave our pizza.to another customer who's name was Karen. Our order was under karrie. How that happens idk. I stopped ordering from this location after we ordered 10 pizzas for a bday party and they gave us someone else order. Ever single pizza was wrong. We were told they would remake the pizza and after fighting with the manager she threw in the one that was wrong. They told us it would take 20 minutes and we could leave and come back since we lived down the road. The manager then proceeded to tell my friend who ordered the pizza she didn't know why we left as it would only take 5 min. She also said we were acting very strange in her store... these people are out of their minds and have horrible customer service. It doesn't surprise me though, that lady doesn't realize that's why shes working at pizza 9. I guess I'd be in a bad mood if I was a grown woman working there too. Bye felicia. Don't blame customers because you...
