Panda Express — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Ok so today was a bad day to order apparently. I ordered from the Central and Atrisco location on the app got there and the signs said they were closed. Didn't mean I wasn't pending a charge on my account. Then I go to the next closet the one on Coors and I-40 they tell me I'm not the first and they are calling corporate. I wait for a while then they ask for my order number. Wait again finally the girl says we haven't gotten it I'll just see what you have. I show her the order in detail she takes it and at this point I just wanna be home. I get home and all of it is wrong. I was supposed to have Kung Pao chicken (no such luck) I was supposed to have Bejing Beef (no such luck) it was all Teriyaki Chicken and Orange Chicken. Today was a bad day. I am NOT happy. Service was good but i spent over $45 and they were sooooo stingy with their teriyaki chicken. So so stingy. Today it was pre cut because they said they were short handed. I said cool, but when got home, I swear there was half less than when it wasn’t pre-cut when I go any other day. Usually they put like 1 1/2 chicken in our bowls and today, it was shameful!! Very disappointing!!! Do better manager!! Because it was you that put less chicken in my $45 order. Come on guy. It’s bad enough things are so expensive all over, and to have a multi-million dollar company being stingy? Come on. And why would you, the employee be so stingy? Not like you’re paying for it or not like because you give me a gram of chicken you’re saving the company!!!! I’ll never go back to this one again. I’ll go to 98th st. Where they treat us better with portions!!!...

So this Antonia cashier woman gave me and my family the rudest customer service experience ever. So they have this rule where if it's over $25.00 they need to see your ID if paying with a card.... even debit. Which we went to pay and it was 26.16, my gf gave her her debit card and didn't bring anything else with her. I.e., ID. So I ask her for the reason why and she just blows us off puts the food in the back and says come back with her ID. I didn't want to do this but my gf was really craving panda. I'm so over this right now. Anyway I go in with my cc and ID and she rings me up and it comes out to 25.00... thats when I ask and she gives me the bs about if it's over 25.00 and someone steals your info and makes a purchase over 25.00 you have to go through legal lengths to get your money back.
