What an incredible little spot! In the saturated tex, mex,Cali style trucks and restaurants, this spot is a gem.

Let's start with the frownies. The prices and / or portions should be adjusted, portions too small for the $. Balance. Also, it's close to UNM, so you may offend the roaming wokeflakes.

Let's jump in, salsa, salsa, salsa!!! So incredible! It makes the frownies dissolve, and you realize rent is too high by the campus... but back to the taste. The flavors are incredible, rich, sharp, delicious, and authentic, I've tried a variety of combinations, all of them on point.

No lime topo Chico, but they do have minerauga to buy and limes if you ask.

Customer service is key. Most folks today have become complacent with mediocrity, sameday, and instant garbage served by an NPC. Well, guess what? This gem of a restaurant has had incredible service, incredible food made with fresh ingredients...so you gotta wait ....not long at all ...and even if it is busy, it's worth the wait.

Thank you for being one of my favorite new restaurants, supporting and serving...

If you looking for California flavor like asada burritos, Cali burrito,al pastor even sopes. Well Los Victor's would be the place to get those flavors. Al pastor has the authentic flavors not greasy, clean what I mean by that is the wasn't messy at all You were able to eat it without getting dirty. Asada great flavor, You can tell they know the flavors and how maximize the flavors of it of all the dishes that we try. We had carne asada burrito, al pastor torta, California burrito. Salsas had the flavor they didn't feel they were watered down they had to perfect taste the complement the food that we were eating. We were there 10 minutes and it was packed after that at the same time within 10 minutes he already was gone they were taking care of the atmosphere was very relaxing a great place to go get something to eat. It really did remind me...

So ordered my usual order yesterday a carne asada burrito no rice or beans it but on the side. I’ve now been a loyal customer of this establishment as it reminds me of home. However, on 05/05/2025 a lady who did not speak English not only answered the phone but took my order again in the store and confirmed said order. When I got it home it had both rice and beans in it. When I called today to speak to the manager regarding this matter I was hung up on and then they proceeded to not answer my calls. I would not recommend going to this establishment as it has gone down hill. Just a suggestion: if you can’t speak English perhaps you shouldn’t be in charge of taking the orders or answering the phone! They also chose to block my number!...

Establishment is right off Central. If you go at night use the buddy system, just saying. I'd like to see it during the day/summer, it seems like a huge door opens to the patio area. Inside the restaurant is not super big but there is room to sit with a few people. Staff member was friendly and welcoming. Tacos are definitely huge (you could make 2 out of one) and are priced accordingly. Carne asada was good, the pastor was good and the cabeza taco was okay, it was a little too greasy for my liking. Still the taste was decent. Salsas were good. Enjoyed the red salsa and the guacamole type salsa for the pastor taco. I enjoy that there were pickled jalapenos, onion, and carrots. Order with a bottle of coca cola, so good.
