I know I should’ve posted this awhile but I want this to get fixed. I don’t always go to this McDonalds but usually when I go, I always have a good experience except for this time. On November 8th, I put a mobile order and I went to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, everything went good until I pulled up into the second window. The one who was attending me made me feel uncomfortable due to the fact that he was flirting with me. He asked for my Snapchat and/or Facebook. I said no just to be nice but it made me feel so uncomfortable just him leaning more against the window to interact with me. When my order wasn’t ready yet he asked me to wait in column one. I obviously understood because when I got there, there was a line. I had to wait for like 15-20 minutes which made me anxious. I had to call my partner to tell him about it that way I can calm down. While I was on the phone, I was hoping that the same person who attended me wasn’t going to bring it to me. I thought wrong. A few minutes later, that same person came with my order and leaned in more onto the window. Once I got my order, he said something but I don’t recall what it was. I just grabbed my food and drove off. I got so much anxiety after that. Once I dropped off the food for my little brother, I headed straight to my partners house to feel better. Since then, I don’t feel like going back to this McDonalds. It has made me feel uncomfortable due to that situation. I would go back, but I don’t want to feel uncomfortable once again. Instead of the employee’s flirting, they should focus on getting the orders out. I don’t want every woman to feel the way I felt. Once this issue is fixed,...
Read moreWe placed our order with a young man. I thought he got our order correct. We were missing fries, ice cream cone, and Apple juice. Then I went to ask for the items that were missing and the manager (a women in a grey shirt) rudely handed them to me. There was a another employee taking a customer's order, this customer was distracted by 3 little girls running behind the counter with the workers. That customer said 'I think those little girls need the restroom open' the employee responded by saying 'No, their ok'. I believe these little girls were an employee's children. That employee came from the back door are and told them to sit at the tables across the door of the work area. Very unprofessional for all employees and mainly for the manager about having those children in the work area. They (kids) walked passed the area where the paper bags at stacked for orders. There are hot food cooking, hot/cold drinks being made and employees walking back in fourth. Not a place for kids to be running around. They could've got hurt behind the counter. The Manager should not allow employees to have their children waiting there while working. There was no other adult watching those girls when the 'mother' told them to sit at the table. I will report this to the Corp. Office. I guess that Mc Donalds is a daycare for employees. Seems like the manager allowed the kids to be there...
Read moreI will not go to the McDonalds off of I-40 and 12th st. Here in Albuquerque New Mexico ever again. Service was very bad. I treated my family out tonight at this location, we ordered the classic meal deals with an apple pie. It took 15 minutes before I asked what was taking so long. The cashier said our food has been ready but it will take 5 more minutes for our apple pies to be ready. I asked why didn't we get our food first, we could at least eat our meal hot instead of being cold. As my wife and I started to open our Quarter Pounder the Burger looked so bad that I couldn't eat mine. The cheese was no longer hot but cold and hard, it looked old. I asked to speak with the manager, and was told he couldn't make time to meet with me. I than told them my family already started to eat as they were hungry, but gave them back my food untouched and ask for a refund for just my meal. The manager than came to the front, didn't say a word and gave me my money back for my meal. Then started to talk about me to the cashier. I than asked for a phone number where I can call and complain, the manager who's name tag said Jesse just pointed to a number...
