McDonald's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

This McDonald's is supposed to be open 24 hours a day I get off late right across the street where I work and my first couple times of trying to go to this McDonald's when I got off late which is like at midnight they were already closed the following maybe one or two times I was passing by really late coming from somewhere else and they were open so then when I got off of work I tried going over there and it was like maybe 30 minutes after I had already just passed by and they were closed and I'm thinking to myself why do these people keep closing when they're supposed to be open 24 hours a day and then I finally catch it when its open like around 10:00 p.m. and I asked for my food to be made fresh and of course it was not even if they make you wait 10 or 15 minutes your food will still be cold this makes absolutely no sense I'm spending my money for absolutely no reason something needs to be done about this I'm getting to the point where I'm just going to completely stopped altogether and I know they probably don't care anyway because they're multi-billionaires but I remember when I worked at McDonald's when I was a teenager and we always aimed to please the customer there was no debate we either made the food properly or we lost our job we either smiled and treated our customers with respect or we lost our job that is how it's supposed to be now but for some reason companies really just don't care about their customers anymore and this is one of them they hire people that don't want to work that don't care if people get their food right we're spending our money shouldn't our food be made the way we want it to be made? I have so much to say... First im gonna start off by saying i really like McDonalds i find its tasty and a good guilty pleasure once in awhile.. 1; This is supposed to be fast food u should not have to wait in a line for 30 min to get ur meal... 2;Get more workers and workers that can work at a fast paste.3;Just cuz i order my food at 930 does not mean my food should be sloppy, cold,or over salted!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡I have ordered more then once and my food is sloppy my fries r cold my nuggets r cold and stale like they have been sitting there awhile and i should not be missing any burgers or nuggets like what, r u all eating my nuggets while u r packing them!!!!🤭I usually check my food but when u have alot of cars that r behind u that have been waiting a long time for their food just like u have and all u know is ur hungry and want to eat and get out of that line!! 4;I order a large french fri and u all fill it to a little below the middle like r u all eating those too I paid for a large not a small or medium fill my fri box!!!!!!😡😡😡this has happened more then once . The guy didn't even know how to take my order I explained what I wanted and he still put it in wrong so I told him again and again he put it in wrong then told me that he did it right and that's what I said I told him no that's not what I said I said I wanted a large Hi-C into McDoubles then I wanted to get a Big Mac meal and a medium Dr Pepper he switched it around and said that I was wrong because he put it in wrong then I get to the the window and he has an attitude not one time did he greet me not one time did he show any kind of hospitality at all why are they hiring people to just take your order I don't understand this at all and then I asked for the manager and he refuses to let me speak to a manager then someone comes in says that they're the manager but they have a sweatshirt on and some jeans I said you can't be the manager the manager is not dressed like that he said because I have my hoodie on I'm not a manager I said no you're not a manager he couldn't have been no older than 15 years old how are you a manager and you're a teenager this is ridiculous guys why are we hiring children to do adult people's work and then you know you don't even know how to train these kids to do adult work this is ridiculous I couldn't even eat I had to leave because I had to go...
