Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I ordered online to this particular location. I will never order here again! We received our first order to find that the extra cheese I ordered was no cheese at all. My boyfriend called to ask if we could have it remade, Carlos the night manager wouldn't listen to him. So I got onto the phone to ask and was told he would give me a $5 discount on the next pizza. All I wanted was my pizza remade! I literally had to argue with this manager to get my food recooked. We even went through the trouble to take them back the incorrect pizza to get the right one. We had placed our second order around the same time as the first and didn't receive it until midnight. We had also ordered a smores cookie, which shows on the confirmation page we received in the email. Again another argument pursued with this manager about what had happened to my smores cookie. We ordered food online for delivery and after the time it was supposed to be delivered my wife called the store. The employee was very rude with my wife and told her "they don't do delivery anymore" so our order would be carryout. I go to pick my food up and dealt with the same rude employee. I asked if the 6 dollar tip could be removed as it was for the driver and I had to go pick it up. She rudely informed me the charge was already there and she couldn't remove it. I asked if there was a manager available to do so and she informed me she had to call her "area coach" and that could take a long time and it was their day off anyway so it wouldn't matter. As I walk out the door with my food a delivery driver showed up so I said "oh so you guys do still deliver"? To which I was told yes. I said ok because I was told you guys don't deliver anymore and that's why I had to come pick it up. This was the ultimate worse experience I have ever had at a pizza hut. Ordered pizza at 7:45pm by 9pm called to see where the order was. was told in route, 9:30pm called back was told driver was caught up on a delivery as I am on the phone driver walks into the restaurant. never delivered my pizza. I demand a refund and inform them I will be in touch with their main office in the morning. 10pm driver shows up at my house smelling like weed with a passenger in his car to offer me a pizza the was "leftovers" from an earlier undelivered order. admitted that my pizza was made at 8:04pm but had no knowalge to what happened to my order. I want a district manager or higher to explain what happened and why I was offered "Leftovers". never again will I ever give business to Pizza Hut and I will be calling Palo Alto ( the name of the corperate office) and anyone else until...
