Was so disappointed with my 1st experience here. Definitely not all it was cracked up to be . Way over priced. Spent 51.00 for a coke,a slice or garlic bread,2 mac and cheese and 2 grilled cheese. Was expecting some buttery toast with creamy cheese. Instead it was dry toast no flavor, cheese was melted but not melted at the same time and just not the right type of cheese for a grilled cheese. Added green chile and that was ok also had bacon which was alright. The Mac and cheese was just flavorless besides salty. Got the cheddar with bacon, broccoli and garlic drizzle. It was super dry and such a let down. I literally sat there irritated because we drove 1hr to Albuquerque and spent 50+ to eat out for dinner a whole trip just to try this place. Not to mention the music playing is far too loud you can't hear the woman behind the counter especially over people talking and the sound of the wooden jenga blocks slamming the floor. I saw a few posts from food influencers and directly from Roni’s page. It looked really good in the videos so I decided to give it a shot the other day. I was rather disappointed by the flavor of the mac and cheese. While the customization options were great and everything seemed like it would be good, the cheese sauce was just generally bland and underwhelming. The other person who went with me also found theirs bland and uninteresting. This review is very not to say it was bad, just that the cheese in the Mac and cheese lacked flavor. Additionally they were not using good fresh green chile! It was some flavorless canned stuff which I do not understand considering all of the local options. My daughter loves Mac and cheese so we decided to try this place. My daughter ate 3 bites of her mac and cheese and went to play games. She had fun playing the games in the restaurant. The restaurant is decorated nicely, but there is little interaction with the staff, which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on personal preference. I personally didn't mind it. I ordered the Mac and cheese with cheddar, gouda, brisket, and bacon. The noodles were firm and not mushy which was nice. The cheese was OK but could have been better, tasted like it was out of can or they make a cheese sauce or something. It was not freshly shredded but I could not be for certain as I did not see it being made, I was busy getting my drink.
