worst customer service ever! i went on 3/28/25. I was skills usa member with high school just excited to get a coffee to start my day off right. we walk in and they immediately yell at us and said they are too overwhelmed with 20 students and need to come in two at a time. i understand the feelings but they yelled with no remorse. we were respectful and we listened and lined up. some kids made online orders to make it easier (or so we thought) and waited outside to not crowd. then suddenly the workers yelled “WERE DONE AND CLOSED there is only 3 of us and too many of you. we can’t handle it” so they closed and didn’t take anyone else’s order even other customers than ourselves. they also made a rude remark saying “i guess we will make the online orders since you paid” in my opinion 3 people at starbucks is a fair amount, my local starbucks is super busy and have 3 people also working. if you arent meant for the a fast working coffee shop, find some new...
Read moreService is always great, fast, and friendly. Whoever the guy is, that's always there, he's a rockstar. If he's a manager then he's a great one. Always helping out the other baristas, making drinks, taking orders, managing the line, and all of it all at once. The other lady who looks like a young Jennifer Coolidge is just as awesome too. Both are very sweet. Then the man who looks like Freddie Stroma is nice. I got frustrated that the other store didn't have their breakfast burritos. I ended up being snippy toward him when he was helping. I was mad at the lack of burritos and not Burqueno Spiderman. I hate Starbucks in general but this stores employees make this location...
