Starbucks — Restaurant in Albuquerque

So, the customer service was great - that was not the issue at this Starbucks. I always go through the drive thrus so I use my app to order ahead of time. I have been addicted to the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I read the details of the drink that I always order via the app. The drink I got was not what I usually receive. I asked them to please remake it - You could tell the girl that made it was a little annoyed, but the cashier that rang me up remade the drink. I accepted it but it still did not taste the way it usually is supposed to. My daughter got the double chocolate chip frozen espresso, I can't remember exactly what it's called. She got it topped with whipped cream. Her drink tasted amazing. Unfortunately, The whipped cream tasted more like shaving cream than whipped cream. It was whipped cream without the sweetness. So if you can imagine tasting cream like milk in whipped cream fashion but not at all sweet. When we got home she scooped it out of her drink as much as she could. So it was really unfortunate we had two drinks that were not up to par. By the time my daughter tried the whipped cream we were already in the car so there was no getting it remade. Just really aggravating, what a waste of money. I guess things are much different at the Target...

You know it's just after Christmas holidays New Year's and you would almost expect our Starbucks baristas be a little burned out but they didn't show even a hint of that they almost seemed excited to be back at the bar helping us with our crazy orders which may include whip with chocolate drizzle and cinnamon sprinkles, she didn't even wince! Got to love that hospitality is what brings me back when I could just as easily Walk On By! Thank you thank you my dear barista for those unexpected small kindnesses so necessary after the Holiday adrenaline-infused Dreams...

WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Don't bother, unless, you've got all day....one person taking orders and making drinks....waited 30 minutes and gavr up. Shopped, came back and now there are 3 people. This guy obviously has never made these drinks before... after 4 attempts, he still got a simple mocha frappachino wrong. Tryi g to get a refund, but the 'manager'(?) doesn't know how to do that either?!...
