This is an update on a stufys we were there on June 21st last night we arrived at 5:10 and we were told once again short-staffed and they're closed but we checked on Google and it said opened so if you're not going to stay open we travel a long distance as we could eat at a place closer to our home but we chose to drive there we were told once again that it was closed because they were short-staffed this is ridiculous this has happened too many times to us we probably won't come back to this location at all ever again you need to get better people that respect their job there's a lot of people out there that want jobs this sucks that we drive that far and we're told it's closed because they're short-staffed!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 So we took our business else where to a little place on Central called La Loteria It was DELICIOUS very clean and nice staff we will definitely go there ☺️ AND NOT STUFYS ANY MORE 🤬🤬🤬🤬CLOSING EARLY 4 TIMES NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!!!!! I would give zero stars

Dear sir I was at the drive-thru and your girl told me it was closed That's three times she's done that to me and my husband If you read I was at the drive thru at 6:20 and she would NOT TAKE MY ORDER ON ANY OF THE THREE OCCASIONS THAT WE WERE TOLD IT WAS CLOSED AT 6:15 NO ORDERING WAS OFFERED JUST CLOSED THATS IT !!!!

Dear sir I was thereOn March 16th 2024I drove to stuffy's on Jaun Tabo from my neighborhood which is Central and San Pedro about, it's a little drive with a bit of traffic and I checked on Google before I left They said they close at 7:00 I arrived there at 6:20 and was told they closed at 6:00 this isn't the first time that it's happened and I'm certain that it won't be the last but the same girl that other times that they closed early because of lack of help It was the same girl and she states that they closed early because they were shorthanded Well that really inconvenienced me not once not twice but three times it's happened and it's very annoying when you drive so far to get something to eat and they close there should be a way that they could tell Google that they are closed early because of lack of help if you guys can't keep help close completely so the people don't have to be inconvenienced by your short staff

Never a disappointment always delicious stuffed sopapillas #1 and #7 yummy 😋 this is an update as of 32024 we've been going to stufy's and it's been really good up until couple of months ago they started closing early because they say they're understaffed Well if you can't keep staff to keep your customers happy how do you expect to stay open I drove all the way from Gibson and San Pedro to get stuffies one night and this had happened before but the girl opens up and says sorry we're closed and online it says they're open until 7:00 still open I explained that to her and she said well wear short staffed we closed early and that was all she could say So I had driven over there for nothing wasted my time my gas going over there I even looked on Google before I left and it said it was still open if you can't keep your doors open then close forever cuz your staff is not...

Just had the worst experience with this Stuffy’s and it deserves a review. First off every time this location is supposed to be open they are ALWAYS closed. Today, I go around 4:30pm, they are supposed to close at 7pm. I get to the drive through, order a #4 and a #9. No one was in front of me I pulled straight to the window where a young man again confirmed my order with me and said they would have it right out. I waited for a long while, which their making the food, I get that. After what seemed like almost 10 minutes I got my food and went home, only to find out I got a #4 and a plain sopapilla! I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant and decided to go in. It was 5pm and first thing I was told is they are closed… they are supposed to be open till 7pm! So that made me mad. I let them know the issue and another young man told me he would fix my order. A girl, in what looked like PJ’s told me I could wait in my car and they would bring it out. Okay cool, so I wait in my car. A little while later the girl in PJ’s comes out with my food and a menu for other restaurants and proceeds to tell me that if I am unhappy with their service I can go to “so many” other restaurants… I told her I just want my food I ordered, and that I waited forever for it to be wrong. She than tells me that they are training new staff and their drive through speaker is broken. Like what!? So my order was wrong because you have new folks and you can’t hear me??? I mean the guy double checked my order at the window and it took almost ten minutes, and that’s her justification for my incorrect order? I told her if they are training new staff and their speaker don’t work why don’t they tell their customers? Her response, “how can we do that if we can’t see you..”this girl was an absolute idiot. Y’all have a speaker for crying out loud. It’s not rocket science, you let the customer know the situation before you even take the order. You don’t need to see me to communicate with me. I will say the young man who corrected my order did end up coming out, sending rude idiotic PJ girl back inside and gave me a sincere apology, free of lame excuses. Unfortunately I’ve had several bad experiences and this was the icing on the cake. Really has made me want to never go back to this location. Plus they are never open when they should be. Such a shame cause I love Stuffy’s but...

I'm shocked and delighted for sure!!! Some traditions go back to the memories that I have from my childhood!

A local brand name that should be historic for sure!!! To give you an idea, the last time we are at Stuffy's they were located we believe on Indian School possibly...so says my Father at 82. Across from Baldridge Lumber Supply after Either Shakee's Pizza or Alfie's Fish & Chips closed....lol That dates me for sure...so let's round it off to 40 years and call it good.

Why would we try it today? Because a coworker said they had a positive visit at the Juan Tabo location and I should try it!

Why would I go back? Isiah, the cook on shift that said I wouldn't regret it! "Try the #7" I asked him to ensure it was fresh and would live up to what I remembered eating as a child!!! My best gambling choice! He was right! Pays off!

Fresh and full of delicious carne adovada and stuffed fat!!! Maybe it's a New Mexican thing we remember? but as I have explored what is left of the places my family patronized this was on point! That's just what we ate and what my parents could afford.

It's a taste thing. Each of us are different. After church or heading to Tingley Beach for the day, Stuffy's was what we wanted...or other local brands around today. Yes, maybe for today's opinion they aren't all.perfect. But in fairness to what we ate then and what we ordered from the menu of what we ordered, this was on point. That's all we wanted and hoped for. The cook delivered!!!

Give the cook a raise or title deserving of this review to gaining a very old family of customers back!! He took the time to satisfy our order. Hire more of him!

Try it! For us it was worth it and very affordably priced!! Thank you Isiah for a positive meal for our dinner tonight!!!
