Avoid: this place is total garbage! Conveyor belt is just for experience only; the food is complete garbage. Sushi rice is the determining factor on what makes "sushi," sushi and this place doesn't cook it right because sushi rice is suppose to be sticky with taste. This sushi rice is very bland and just disgusting tasting cold. The worst sushi I had in my life, for real! Fried rice is also garbage with too much soy sauce being inedible salty. I only came here because I was forced to come here but if I had a choice, might as well go to Thai Spice next door and support a real Asian restaurant because this place is not authentic by any means. Conveyor belt is $3.50 a plate which means if you're the typical White person that orders california rolls because you're too scared to eat real sushi fish this means your paying $1.75 for a piece of rice and avocodo. Support real Asian restaurants and go to Thai Spice next door instead! Or Azuma across the street. I'll be looking forward to this place to go out of business. Total garbage! A disrespectful attempt to imitate Asian culture. Cultural appropriation at it's finest: a complete insult to Asian cuisine. I totally got ripped off. Even Smith's sushi is so much better. The service is really busy here probably because it's new. The waitress will be too busy to notice you. Lastly, the restaurant itself is very cramped. If you're on the obese side, you might not fit in the booth or table (there's only 4 tables). If you're handicap, you also might have some difficulty finding a spot. Just a heads up and go check for yourself.

As a self-proclaimed sushi snob who’s sampled rolls from coast to coast, I walked into Sushi Fever with high standards and zero patience for mediocrity. I’m thrilled to report they absolutely delivered. The Philadelphia roll (my gold standard) is easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The salmon was buttery and fresh, the cream cheese was rich without overpowering, and the cucumber added just the right crunch. It wasn’t trying too hard, it was just done right. The miso soup? Honestly, it could be its own reason to come back. The broth was deeply savory without being salty, the tofu was silky, and the seaweed was the perfect texture, not chewy, not slimy, just comforting and craveable. Service was fast, friendly, and knew how to handle picky sushi people like me. The presentation was clean and confident, and the vibe of the place struck a great balance between casual and cool. If you’re serious about your sushi, and even more serious about your Philly rolls and miso soup, Sushi Fever is the spot. Consider me officially obsessed. 🍣🔥

So excited for the concept of this restaurant and to try out the sushi. Sadly we were disappointed as soon as we walked in the door. There were plenty of open seats and sushi going around on the belt but we were told the chefs were backed up and it would be about a 20 minute wait. You need better management or your restaurant is not going to survive! We were finally seated and they gave us straws and menus. It appeared that there were only 2 servers and service was lacking. It took forever for our server to bring things when we ordered, they completely forgot one of the items ordered, no chopsticks for about 10-15 minutes as we just sat and waited. Water tastes nasty, nobody likes tap water, you could at least invest in a filter. Sodas were flat and syrupy. People came and stood waiting to be acknowledged at the hostess station and several walked out after waiting an extended period with no acknowledgement. It’s a fun concept but I probably wouldn’t eat here again.

We visited this spot first around the holidays last year and were very satisfied with our experience. We finally made it back in last week for our (casual) anniversary dinner. The staff is incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and attentive. The owner has helped us both times and remembered us the second time we went in. The restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing, so much so I am disappointed I did not take any pictures while we were there. We were too caught up in conversation and the experience. The food itself is great. For the price you pay, I am impressed with the overall quality. Sure, you could definitely find higher quality sushi elsewhere, but for the experience and staff, I definitely was impressed with the quality. The kitchen staff pushes out new rolls frequently, and additionally the staff is more than happy to put in requests based off of what you specifically are asking for as well as recommendations based off of what you already enjoyed. The best part is being able to try small plates with little risk, as the prices are so friendly per plate. Each time we have gone, we went on a Sunday evening and found it to be not too busy and an overall comfortable dining experience. Also, the complimentary Miso Soup was delicious! We also enjoyed their fried rice. If you're looking for a good sushi spot with excellent customer service and a fun, relaxed environment, I would...

My review is a little mixed.

For the price and with the economy being what it is, I can understand, but as much as they put on the plate it could have been like a $1.75 per plate.

I really enjoyed the New Mexico , caterpillar, tiger, philadelphia and the spider roll and the sea food salad was amazing (I had about 4 of those). I didn't get a chance to try the seaweed salad but it was fresh and it looked delicious.

I was there at the time that they opened so everything was nice and fresh and delicious.

The atmosphere of the place made me feel like I was in a 50's diner. Very clean!

The complementary miso is a very nice touch at the beginning.

The conveyor belt concept is really cool. I had seen YouTube videos of a restaurants in Japan that did this, and I wanted to try it.

I would definitely go back, but if they would lower the cost per plate, they would have me there every day, and maybe if they included some fresh water eel, that would be nice.

They do have a menu if you want to order specialty items from it, but I didn't even look at that. I was just captivated and content by the whole sushi on a conveyor belt. Perhaps I should have looked at the menu, because they may have had other specialty items that they would have, that I may have...
