The First Turn Lounge — Restaurant in Albuquerque

This is the 12th attempt in 2 hours to post a Google review on this establishment. They keep erasing themselves. I was completely humiliated and shamed at this bar today and everyone should know that the bartenders are not playing Fair. I arrived at 3:30 today after taking the bus to the casino had a double shot. Went to gamble for about an hour went back to the bar ordered a double shot and was told I can only have a single shot. Took the single shot made friends at the bar order drinks for them hung at the bar bet on horses an hour later they ordered drinks that included me the bartender refuse to serve me I was onwhen I tried to talk to the Barrett partender to see when they would allow me to order another drink he was rude and obnoxious embarrassing me further telling me it was cut off for the complete night. It's 6 I've had to jello shotshumiliated plus I just spent all my money buying drinks for everyone else and when it was their turn to buy drinks for me they refuse to serve me I had already been...

Let start by stating this main fact- I give "First Turn Lounge" a negtive 5 stars!!!

Reason for this is because our bartender diecided to take it upon him self to add his on tip to our bill. Of course I would of not found this being done until I checked my bank account this morning. This is after we had already been leaving him cash tips all night.

When I was trying to get a hold of someone today to place in my complaint I was given the run a around. Calling this place is a waste of time!!! The so-called trained employees are unable to or welling to take responsibility and assist in my complaint. All they did was send me to voice mail...

I will never return to this...

We try to attend the NFL football games each Sunday. Food is good and reasonable.

Since we come for the early games there are very few people there. Some of the issues we (and others) face each week: Viewing area opens 15-20 minutes after the games start. Bartender won't change channels to games we'd like to see in a specific area. He doesn't want to walk "all the way" over there. Won't take food orders after 12 noon. Following week, won't take food orders unless we are drinking alcoholic drinks.

We really enjoy the atmosphere and conversing with other fans but this is beginning to...
