Went to the New Mexico State Fair and I had a lot of fun. All the rides were functional The food was delicious my favorite was the spam fries. Went on a Thursday and every booth had a $5 food deal that they all had. Beer gardens had music That was enjoyable.

Went for the state Fair. It was delightful!. Prices are high for food. But, when in Rome .. ... No Pepsi products which was sad, however there were other drinks available. C u next year!

We went to the state fair in September and I have to put in my two cents of what I thought. I was disappointed that the fair was not as intense as a state fair should be. We went to a taco stand because we like tacos however this place that claimed to sell tacos sold us cold flour tortilla with ground beef and shredded cheddar cheese. In other words, this was not a traditional taco this was a white people taco. I don't know what other term to use to explain it. I felt catfished. I though they were authentic tacos. That was a nightmare because no one ate and they were highly expensive. I paid over $50.00 dollars for tacos and drinks. Anyways, I didnt hear any music tribute bands . Maybe we went on the wrong day . Where there was nothing going on. But I did like that they had the jumpers for the kids..that's about it. For three all day bracelets I payed over $100.00 . I don't think I can recommend anyone from el paso to drive the two to three hours for a fair that seems more like oversized carnival. El...

Everything was different than what it used to be. We were teenagers from the '80s. The food at the vendor areas has changed so much and is nothing compared to what it used to be. They charge higher, and the quality is not what it used to be. To get into the midway was ridiculous. The lines were too long. Yet, they used to have ticket booths everywhere. Now, we couldn't even find a ticket booth to buy our tickets for the rides. There is no more park and ride. You have to pay for parking. The prices are ridiculous. Yet, the New Mexico State Fair has changed so much that it is not even as fun. A big disappointment. We haven't gone in about 10 years, and this was a huge...

I went to the fair today to do some volunteer work. I got there at 1pm and the fair was slow all day untill around 5pm then everything got pumping. It was great to see everyone happy again. The sights, sounds and smells told me it was gonna be a fun Friday. I bought a turkey leg ($16) and a slice of pecan pie ($6). It was getting busy everywhere. I parked in the free parking and it was full and there was around 200 people waiting in line to get in. They are checking that you have your two covid shots card so have it ready. I finally left at 7:30pm. Have fun everyone at the 2021 NM...
