I went for the grand opening today and ordered the iced tiramisu latte, fresh squeezed lemonade, earl gray morning bun, bbq pork banh mi, and Vietnamese ham banh mi. Everything was delish! I loved the creamy soft top on the latte and the fact that it was strong and not overly sweetened. They also did a unique thing where served the banh mi with a little side of dipping sauce that was sweet and spicy and that was a super tasty addition to the traditional sandwich. The earl gray bun was crisp and flaky and could have maybe used a tad bit more tea flavor but it was still very good. I only wish I had gone a little bit earlier so I could try more of their selection of pastries. I will say you should plan to be a little patient when you visit as they are a small family owned business and they have quite a selection of drinks that they make by hand, so it takes a little bit of time if you’re ordering beverages. I will definitely be back again to try more! For those with dogs, they did have a sign on the door saying only service dogs are allowed inside. But they do have a outdoor patio with shaded tables and seating.

The Le Bakery is sincerely one of the best new local spots in town! From the pastries to the sandwiches, they have a good selection with high quality ingredients. I tried the earl grey morning bun, the early grey blueberry croissant, the strawberry matcha, and the #8 grilled beef and cheese sandwich. My sister got the pecan sticky bun, the Boston creme croissant, and the creme brûlée iced latte. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE how immaculate this food was. The early gray morning bun had beautifully caramelized sugar that you tasted in every bite, the pecan sticky bun was phenomenal, and our drinks were delicious! We enjoyed the sandwich at home and could not believe how good it was! Every single item we got was a 20/10, and we will be back asap! Thank you so much for the incredible food!

I had the grilled pork sandwich and my husband had the #2 sandwich. The food was excellent— they really encourage take out so not a place to sit and hang out for long periods of time unless you sit outside but it’s 99• today. I wish the tables inside were regular height for eating at and really wish they had sides for the sandwiches— seems like a huge oversight— the menu didn’t show any sides for purchase— even if it was cucumber spears, chips, fruit, salad, anything would make it feel more complete. Only 2 types of pastries were left when we arrived at 12:15 so quite a bummer. We had an iced americano and that was also very good. Will not return until it’s a reasonable temp to sit outside in September or October (unless they get misters lol.)

This bakery is a dream come true. The folks who run the shop do so with love and care and create unique flavors for customers to delight in. I love coming here because there is often something new to try in the dessert case and the sandwiches and coffee are the kind of perfection that makes me crave them. I personally love the bbq pork sandwich because was different than anything I've ever had at another bakery. It is complex and perfectly balanced with their house made sauce that feels like a dijonaise. The iced crème brûlée coffee is remarkable too--I can't replicate it at home and I love that. Small businesses are the heartbeat of this community and The Le Bakery is worth driving out of the way for and hoping they have something left in that glorious dessert case--and if they are sold out--be happy for them because it was...
