My friend and I went into Wendy's today to get a bite to eat real fast before we went to pay bills. Her phone was acting up, I'm speaking about my friend of course, and she had to add her debit card onto the phone again. Will the people who work behind the counter made us feel very rushed and placed a lot of judgment. We ended up paying in cash for food but we wanted to pay with our card so we asked for a refund and the manager named Shirley told us that she won't do a refund. Which I don't believe it's true but okay whatever. What really made this visit awful was once we walked away from the counter surely went by the camera and started telling her co-workers how we had to quote go pay a bill quote and what she really thought we wanted to do was just go buy drugs with the cash that's why we needed to use our card. There were other customers in the store at the time that this happened. It made it very embarrassing for us to experience. I can't believe that this type of customer service is something that Wendy's allows their so-called general managers to give to their paying customers. You can hear all of them laughing in the back as if we were some sort of joke. Never will come back to this location again and I hope some serious training is done with this so-called general manager who does not know how to treat people whatsoever and just does nothing but please judgment the second a customer walks...
Read moreI went through the drive thru today and placed and order today. First on all the guy that took my order gave me a price and when I get to his window the price went up. He was a doll and double checked for me and the price he gave me at the window was right and he rectified it. He was awesome. Then I get to the window and there is a blonde headed Spanish lady who started to hand me someone else's order and I told her what I had then she said rudely that she had no Dr. Pepper, which was never talked about when I ordered and so I asked her for coke and then she tried to give me my berry salad with the dressing that came with it and not ranch dressing and had the audacity to get MAD and RUDE when I asked her for ranch. She actually tried to punk me and make me take the dressing and I told her flat out no I want ranch!!! I told her when she got really rude with me that she didn't have to be so rude and she glared at me and told me to drive off. Now let me tell you, I NEVER go back in to complain and today I did. I found someone that looked like she was a manager and nodded her head when I told her what happened but, I am not sure she really understood what I was saying as she was speaking Spanish to the other crew members. What a total was of $7.53!!! I would not recommend ANYONE going to this location unless they plan on being treated with disdain...
Read moreI placed an online order for pickup at 04:57 pm. I get all the way to the store and I see 5 cars in the drive through and 5 people inside waiting in line at 5:13 pm. I enter the store and patiently await the register operator. She gets through the line of people and I get to the front at 5:22 pm to let her know I have an order to pickup.
A few others in the lobby ordered items that weren't hot such as Frosty's and drinks. A man who was waiting in line for his order that he also placed for pickup got a free small frosty. Two ladies come up asking for their Frosty's after seeing someone else get a free one. The register lady denies to make their order saying they are going in order.
Ok....
Orders start coming out one by one in order. One lady comes inside letting them know they missed a chicken nugget pack. She fixes her order. It's 05:57. I have been here an hour waiting for an order I placed online to be completed. I only had two pretzel chicken sandwiches with fries, a Jr bacon, and some drinks with two Frosty's. An hour wait. I understand if you are understaffed but I see 1, register lady, 1 drive through, and two cooks. What is going on with the cooks? Seriously.
This is management at its laziest here.
