I arrived at this location at 2:20 PM. I went to the drive through, where there were 4 vehicles in front of me, and thought that I would be perfectly fine. As I was patiently waiting, a little less than 10 minutes had gone by, and only ONE of these vehicles had their order taken.
Frustrated, I parked, and decided to try my luck inside at approximately 2:30. There was ONE person waiting for their order to be made, and I was able to place my order after being asked to wait for a few short moments.
I went to the soda machine, and there was no ice. I just decided I didn't want to deal with it, and just poured some water. A customer came in shortly afterwards, and they did care. The person behind the counter proceeded to tell him that she "knew" it hadn't been working for most of the day, which is irritating, because if you know, you should offer to get ice behind the counter before you hand a customer the cup.
As I was waiting, I saw what had to be a dozen or more flies inside, to be fair they were all hanging out on the ceiling, but it was still pretty disgusting.
After about 20 minutes of waiting, at 2:52 I finally received my food. Overall, I spent about 32 minutes at the location, and as I was leaving, noticed 2 of the cars in front of me were still waiting for their food. There were no less than 8 people on shift at the time, and there was probably around the same amount of orders being taken. It was not busy enough to warrant this kind of a wait.
In the end, the food was really good, Wendy's always has been one of my absolute favorite fast food chains, but this one was just the worst I've ever been too, but at least the cashier was friendly, even if she wasn't thoughtful about the whole ice thing.
I write this review in hopes that they take these reviews seriously and correct the ridiculous wait time I experienced. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for a burger; I would have gone to a...
Read moreIf you do not check your order before leaving the drive-thru window, you WILL pay for food you never receive. Sometimes you will not get salad dressing or nuts for your salad even after you asked for it at the drive-thru window and they say it's in the bag, it is more probably not in the bag. The food you do get is probably going to be fresh be it a salad or sandwich. I used to only go because it is near my route home from work and the food is fresh. July 5 I had an order for 3 people waiting at home for food, and for me. I had a list. There was a long slow line to get to the drive-thru window and then I sat at the window for 8 - 10 minutes waiting for what I ordered. Handed a large bag of food, I began down my list asking if each item were in there.. yes we double and triple checked. When I got home 9 miles away, my sandwich was missing. You MUST go through your bag at the drive through. This happened repeatedly, I found things missing from my order and resolved it there then. They will never every refund anything to your credit card. I called, they told me my sandwich is sitting there. If I want it, I can come back and get it. That is the only thing they can do for me. WHEN YOU ORDER FOOD, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING THAT FOOD IN THE BAG THEY HAND YOU at this Wendy's. YOU are not paying you to process your takeout order. This problem is cronic here. This is so routine there, I believe the manager instructs staff to do this increase profits and thus her bonus. The bottom line is, this is so frequent it cannot be an error. It has be deliberate. I have gone inside too, at least a dozen times. They deliberately position their bodies between what they're putting in the bag and the counter where the customer is. Routinely they do not put something for which you paid, in the bag even when you go inside to get your order. You still must go...
Read moreThe cashier told us we could not receive a water cup with our order, because my wife used it for soda yesterday, despite the fact I bought a medium drink under the impression of unlimited refills, we were never told we did something wrong.
Then after I told him I would use my phone to order, the cashier turned to his co-worker and said, "Let me know when the order comes in, because I don't know what they're doing." I ignored him. We left and came back for lunch because I realized I only had a lunch reward. We entered the dine-in at 10:17. The same cashier told us that the menu will change at 10:30, we told him its okay we are using the app, he continued to speak with us saying he will come back later and gives us more information never asked for. He came back at 10:30 and yelled across the dine-in hall that he's back and started to go into another information rant, sparking an argument with my wife. This argument made him so upset that he walked towards us aggressive(as if he was starting a fight, even his co-worker was concerned and asked ME what was happening), he went outside and pointed to a door policy that said after 30min of being in, you must be a paying customer. After this, we ignored him as much as possible, got our free meal, threw it in the trash, and we are never...
