We were very excited to try this place. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. First, we got taro milk tea bobas and they use a lot of black tea, so they're not purple, which i suppose is neither here nor there. The tapioca was one huge chunk we couldn't even drink and it didn't taste like it should have. They took them off our bill and then told subsequent customer's they were out of boba. Second, the egg rolls were 2 for $7. They were not nearly as good as we were hoping, especially for $3.50 each. Third, the chicken legs were nothing like the picture on the menu. They had tempura batter on them and were overcooked, so pretty dry. Fourth, I got the chicken ramen. The chicken had no flavor, like boiled chicken. The egg was hard boiled, enough that there was gray around the yolk. No yummy soft yolk like all the other places do. Fifth, we were given ice water when we arrived. They were half full. We weren't offered water until we were given the check. We will never be going back. 100% save the disappointment and go next door...
Read moreOn a random Sunday afternoon after a long day of yard work and house chores, we decided to be adventurous and try something new. This is a small yet quaint little restaurant. We started our food journey with the Egg Rolls, Crab Ragoon, and the Pork Potstickers. I must say, all 3 were very delicious and clearly made fresh! For our main dishes, we ordered Spicy Beef Ramen, Beef Fried Noodles, and the Orange Chicken Plate. The fried noodles are now one of my favorite dishes! The orange chicken wasn't our favorite but wasn't bad either. If you like onions, the Fried rice is for you! The Spicy Beef Ramen was our least favorite dish. The chef did come out and ask if he could make us something else instead, which we all respected a great deal. I can't say we'll be back for dine in, however. Our drinks were always empty, we had to ask for the basics: forks, napkins, plates, spoons etc. We will give them another shot, but we'll probably do takeout next time. Give them a try. Especially the fried noodles plates. Those...
Read moreWe went to Yummy Noodle at Coors and Montano and are pleased we did. It is a small place and may not look like much, but their food is delicious. The crab Rangoon was perfect. Then we had both the pan fried veggies dumplings and the pork dumplings, so good. The chicken teriyaki was perfectly cooked with such good flavor and not too much sauce on a bed of perfectly cooked rice. I had the pork ramen which was very good with the table side option of chili oil, which I definitely utilized. My other friend had the spicy beef ramen, which was indeed spicy. Apparently you can request the level of spice you prefer. The meat on the spicy beef was so tender and flavorful and just Yummy. They don't have a big menu, but what they offer is very well done and flavored. I sure hope to see them grow as they certainly work hard to provide quality. Don't go in expecting the best front house service, but what you get from the kitchen is...
