I spent hours looking for the right people to create a magical experience for our mother's bucket list wish. I promise, there is no need to look further, because these are the people!! They bring phenomenal communication, extended years of experience, elite service and comfort to the table. We felt like royalty from beginning to end. From the moment Keshia picked us up, we were at total ease. (Because, well...we had some anxiousness...lol.) Our mother was over the moon with the accommodations. There were concerns about her semi-limited mobility of getting in and out of the basket, but Justin personally helped her, making it effortless. The entire crew was fast, efficient and very friendly. The customer service was impeccable, right down to the exact timing of seeing the sunrise peaking over the Sandia mountains. This family business is doing it right. Creating an exceptional experience that includes tradition, snacks, mimosas and a super cool history lesson at the end. They have thought of it all and deserve each and every client they entertain. Justin and Keshia were the epitome of professionalism. From the warm welcome in the early morning to the thoughtful safety briefing, their expertise and calm presence made us feel completely at ease. The launch was smooth and serene, and once we were up in the air, it felt like time stood still. Floating above the Sandias with panoramic views of New Mexico’s breathtaking landscapes was something we’ll never forget.

My son is stationed in Kirtland AFB and proposed this past weekend to his college sweetheart. With both being Aerospace majors and the love, they have for aviation he knew a hot air balloon proposal would be one to remember. My son works nights so he asked me if I would help bring his vision to life. Justin and his staff went above and beyond with this event. I called multiple times with question after question, and Justin was always readily available and was thoughtful and gracious with his answers. He knew we were coming from the East Coast to attend this milestone event and he and his wife met the entire family and drove us to their landing spot so that we could be a part of the surprise. They ended the ride with the most lovely reception that consisted of mimosas and snacks. Justin gave an exceptional overview of the history of air balloons.
