Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Update (8/14/22): Even the business owners attention to customer service is lacking. I emailed the below reply address and NOTHING. Not an email back acknowledging the complaint, no apology, NOTHING. People of Albuquerque, this is just another optical illusion, boast about customer service, but lack the decency to address it other than an automated reply as the response I received on this review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Word of mouth is a big thing for small businesses, and Ziggis Coffee on Montgomery - I have a big mouth.

I started coming here as soon as it opened and have had excellent service each time....now the service is beyond lacking. It's only kids working, with bad attitudes. When you order a $12 coffee you expect it to be right and I understand errors can happen. The last two times I have gone the staff has completely messed up my order and given me something different. My most recent visit I let them know the drink was wrong and ask that it would be corrected. They corrected it and gave it back to me for me to only find out they had mixed the wrong drink with part of the drink that I had actually ordered, resulting in a drink that was disgusting. I was headed out of town so I really did not have time to turn back around to have them correct it a third time. After this most recent experience I will not be returning to this coffee shop. Starbucks coffee is gross, but at least they are competent enough to get the drink correct. Spend your money somewhere else until they get adults...

I wanted to come here because I just needed some quiet. I ordered a black coffee. The girl working at the counter asked if I wanted any cream or sugar. I said no cream, no sweetener. She gave me my coffee and on the lid it had like some piece of candy or rock or something. I'm wondering if it's like chocolate to melt or something? I was too frustrated to ask. I am not sure if this is a Ziggy's thing or if she was being sweet. If she was, that was nice of her (I guess?) and I thank her for the thought. Aside form that, I just want a damn plain coffee especially when I specified no cream, no sugar. Not everyone likes surprises or sugar. And some people are really specific on what they want or like. Some people are on special diets, etc.I'm a total health nut. I just dropped it in the garbage without drinking it and left. If sugar touches where I will drink, I don't want it.I'm not trying to be ungrateful. I'm just very specific on what I want. I'm really disappointed and won't be going back since I just wasted 3 dollars including tip. IDK. It just kind of ruined my afternoon coffee break. Then again, maybe it's just a weird...

Went in to try the pumpkin latte blender, had it before and its my favorite. Been trying to get this for awhile but everytime the customer service is terrible and I end up walking out. I've complained about the service before and got a free drink so I went in today to use my free drink. Again was met with horrible customer service both employees just stared at me and didn't even greet me, even when I approached with a smile and a good morning. The girl finally acknowledged my presence when I got to the counter. The manager was on shift and I explained that the service was unprofessional and I was disappointed. He looked annoyed and amused not even taking my comment seriously. I will not be coming back to this location, there apparently way to good for my business. Which is crazy because the pumpkin pie latte that the manager made taste like trash so I get why this...
