The very first time I went here about a month ago I ordered an iced pumpkin pie latte which was perfect. Today, Saturday Oct. 19 at around 11:30 a.m. I came to order through drive-thru and ordered the same pumpkin pie latte. To my disappointment, the flavor tasted like regular iced coffee with no whatsoever pumpkin pie flavor, not even pumpkin spice sprinkled on the whipped cream as they did the first time. It was rushed and no apology or compensation was offered when we went back to show them and ordered it again to kindly ask them to remake it better, which they ended up doing. In total we spent almost $30 plus tip for 4 drinks and that includes the fixed pumpkin pie latte we went back for. It’s one thing to be happy to pay that much for perfectly made drinks but when it’s rushed and not done right, it’s robbing people of their money and kindness especially when the employees aren’t sorry but show that they’re annoyed even when we kindly told them about it. Read moreWe are visiting from California for Thanksgiving and wanted to try Ziggi’s coffee on Menual Blvd. We placed our order at the walk-up window instead of going through the drive thru. After we placed our order, seven or eight cars were served through the drive thru before us. When we inquired about our order they asked what we ordered and said it would be a little longer. They finally gave us one of the coffee drinks and asked me what I ordered again. When I was given my drink, they acted like that was the entire order. I told them my husband ordered the Colorado Mocha. They forgot about his order. When they finally gave him his coffee they were rude and unapologetic. My husband told the girl we had been waiting outside in the cold for half an hour. The girl said “poor you”. He suggested the girl be a little contrite and show some customer service. She said she didn’t take the order. As if she didn’t need to be apologetic. Unacceptable customer service! Aren’t employees taught how to be polite and respectful anymore? In response to a review I just saw saying that the employees were rude and saying “poor you”, I was actually behind these customers that gave this review and they failed to mention that the husband was cussing at the girl at the window, which is odd because they all seem like younger girls, shame on customers treating employees bad because they are “taking too long”, I heard it all and the girl was in no way being argumentative, they were so busy they honestly didn’t even know what was going on. This location always does great, I hope that this incident doesn’t hurt the staff...
