Arby's — Restaurant in Alexandria

Haven't been to this location in over a year, drive thru and ordered the kings Hawaiian roast beef, okay got a fish sandwich instead, that's a little different than roast beef... so I called for the correct one I ordered, Jon was nice on the phone and offered to replace it but when I got the sandwich it was freezing cold and had very little meat on it less than anything I've ever seen on any of their roast beef sandwiches, not only was I left unsatisfied, but also felt like a huge waste of time waiting for a cold sandwich. Needless to say it's easily going to be another few years...

Food is going down hill for being that they are upping prices. It's very dirty there, it was a little crazy in there so I can see to a point why tables were dirty, but the booth walls were stained, and the condiment service station was very sticky. I can tell there is very little if any deep cleaning done. I also witnessed an eye roll at a customer who was ordering food. I'm not usually a Karen when it comes to rating places, but the service was not the greatest, and I feel paying customers deserve the best! Please Arby's make it better for your loyal customers. Good day...

Great food, friendly staff, and great place for a quick bite to eat! Arby's in alexandria has truly earned the five stars I'm giving it as there food is amazing and they truly are the house of meats! If your looking for something different than a hamburger or normal fries go-to Arby's and get there awesome sandwiches.

If I had to choose Arby's or McDonald's I would always choose Arby's! I don't know what it is but something keeps me coming back for those curly fries and there sandwiches! There is no other place I would rather eat...
