Before covid this was our favorite go to spot for chinese food. We havent been much lately being we moved to North La but we havent found a place yet we like a whole lot up here so we made plans to mert family and visit while getting some good chinese. It never disappoints. Everything was on point except the service. Waitress was sweet but a little busy missed a few of our drinks no big deal got them the next time she came back. The hostess on the other hand seemed like she just didnt want to be there and definitely didnt want anyone bothering her.. I tried to be polite and speak to her during the time I was paying for our food and you could feel the attitude pouring off her. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Overall even dealing wirh her attitude the food was well worth it and my family who had never ate their saod they would be back now that they knew...

Went to eat with my in laws, there was 4 total. Sat at two different tables. Separate bills 2 adults each and got charges a 15% gratuity tax. They added an extra $5 because we came as a "group". Group according to them is any number of people who walk in together. Manager was rude, when asked to speak to the owner. He hung up on me, kept repeating that he wasn't required by law to notify if there was gratuity or not. When asked where is it posted as policy, he kept repeating its not and he doesn't have to. There was also a couple sitting at the table beside us, husband, wife and 3 kids. Same issue happen to them, they was a “group”. Sorry excuse to be able to add more to a person’s bill, this is a buffet. The waitress was crappy, waiting on refills took to long. But they want “gratuity”, nope. I will eat somewhere else and spread the word as much...

I'd give zero stars if I could. First of all, all the food was cold, and there wasn't much of a selection at all. 2 adults, an 11 year old, and a 8 year old, $85?! When asked why it was that much, we were informed the price was at the door, I assume by that they meant on 8×10 dry erase board behind the counter, that no one would pay attention to unless they were told to. I simply asked to go to the car to get more cash, and was told I couldn't unless I left one of my kids there. ABSOLUTELY NOT.. We were threatened with the cops because my husband went to the car to cool off.. You could not pay me to go back, and I would suggest anyone that doesn't want to overspend money on nasty food go somewhere else. McDonald's would be a better choice.
