7/12/22 Came for the first time at noon, and I absolutely Love this place.

First--the ambiance of the place is nice and VERY relaxed! Our waiter/waiting staff in general are cordial and very informative about the meals!

Now...let's get to the food! (Every dish I tried was really delectable!!!)

The chicken and sausage gumbo: MMMM!!!! THE creamy shrimp soup: Oh yeah!!!!! The 🍅 and basil pie is A MUST-ORDER!!! WOW!!!!! 💋 THE CHEF FOR THIS ONE! Amazingly great spinach salad, too!!! Grilled chicken with potatoes and other fixings--YOU WILL BE ELATED with delight to order this, too. Strawberry crepe--order more than one!

ALMOND TEA!!!!! ORDER IT!!! It is SOOOO GOOD!!!

This will be a spot that I frequent with my boyfriend--who suggested it.

Only went once and will never be back. The service was horrible. All the workers were talking about my table and our waitress was very rude and short with us. While we were complaining to ourselves the host was listening and confronted us about what we said. We said nothing mean except she was being rude to work at a restaurant and the orders she gave us were wrong. The whole time I just wanted to get up and leave because of how uncomfortable I felt. After leaving a 5$ tip for our rude waitress that didn't even want to get us more drinks they all gave us the stink eye and talked about us loudly while we were still paying. Also we had many different people bringing our food to the table so our original waitress did not really do very much...

First time here. Very disappointed in the service. They may have been short-handed, but worse, very disorganized. We were seated immediately, but no one came to serve us. About 5 minutes later, another table was seated next to us. They were taken care of immediately. We were still sitting when they got their drinks. We didn't even have water until they had their food. They were eating dessert by the time we received our food. We almost got up and left! The only salvation was that the food was at least pretty good.
