Hardee’s — Restaurant in Alexandria

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered a kids meal and offered pop. Asked about chocolate milk or something better and was told regular milk.

That's fine.

I ordered 3 pieces of chicken..I asked for BBQ sauce.

Next ordered a Bacon cheeseburger and small fries.

The total was $23 plus, I was shocked so I asked if a combo meal would be better and the server (F) told me it would be more.

I had to wait on the kids meal and looked in the bag to make sure the rest was in there.

I didn't see BBQ sauce so I asked for that and a ranch.

I was rudely told that she put 2 of them in the bag so I only got one ranch.

When I got back to eat the meals I was impressed with the kids meal.. Chicken seems good sized.

My 3 strips were smaller than the 2 kids meal, no BBQ sauce and really disappointed.

As far as fast food goes, Hardee's knocks it out of the park. Their burgers are great and a of recently trying their breakfast, it's clear they're outstanding by comparison to anyone else. If given the option, I'll go here for fast food breakfast over anywhere else going forward.

This location in Alexandria is also excellent not only for their quality, but for the inexplicable lack of popularity. Half of the time I go there over a meal hour, it's because they don't have half the line others do. But their food never fails to satisfy. It's like a hidden gem in plain sight. Yes, I realize it's still just fast food, but...

This Hardee’s is crazy! They will hire just about anyone off the street! The guy that took my order had week old body oder! And they still allowed him to work. As you are about to eat your food, you can still smell the BO!! It was awful! And then there was another guy that walked around while you ate your food and would steer you down the whole time you were eating, as if he wanted to fight you. Or he was on drugs. I felt very uncomfortable at the Alexandria Hardee’s!!! I’m never going back here again! I recommend the Fergus Hardee’s, it’s much better! Better yet the Fargo Hardee’s off of Main Street is 24 hours on...
