Jerry Chen Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Alexandria

Somebody that works at this restaurant is stealing debit/credit card information for personal use. Either that or they have poor payment card information security and the PCI data they are getting from their customers is being stolen by hackers. My girlfriend has been buying food from here at least once or twice weekly for the last 2 months. In the last 2 months, she has had her debit card information stolen and thousands of dollars spent in her name TWICE now. Jerry Chans is the only local, hole in the wall place she has used this card at in both occasions.

I'd be interested to know if this restaurant is PCI DSS v3.2.1 compliant so it could be determined if an employee is stealing cards or if they're being hacked.

Either way DO NOT pay with your credit or debit card at this restaurant if you don't want to deal with...

For a small kind of hole in the wall place, they have a very nice and reasonably very menu. If you want Chinese they got it, if you want an American steak and cheese or similar sub - they have a number of those types of food you can get as well. Prices are pretty reasonable and the food is generally prepared pretty quickly. It doesn't hurt that right outside there are some Street vendors selling great fruit - pineapple and mango is the two that I buy every time I go to Jerry chan's. Definitely worth the trip and kind of fun...

First time ordering from Jerry’s. Placed a order for combination chow mein and chicken wings. The wings were pretty good but the chow mein had no noodles. I called and spoke with someone and she informed me that the chow mein has no noodles and the combination is vegetarian and has no meat. How does that work?? Please note what was delivered had shrimp and chicken in it. When I told her she keep saying it was vegetarian and had no noodles. I won’t be ordering...
