McDonald's — Restaurant in Alexandria

Will never go back to this McDonald's ever again!!! There's a female that works overnight and she's usually taking orders in the drive through, her attitude is terrible. She's barely audible through the speaker and when you ask her to speak up she'll yell or base at you. My last visit there was a complete mess!!! She got mad because I asked her to speak up so she started yelling through the speaker. We finally got out order placed and when we got to the window I told her to get the manager because I didn't want to deal with her. I handed her cash for one of the orders and was still asking for the manager. She proceeded to try and explain her attitude and I still asked to speak to the manager who she refused to go and get. She literally threw my change out the window at my car and tried to slam the sliding window!!! A loud argument ensued and the manager finally came to the window. When we proceeded to the next window. Another female promised sge would prepare our order and that the offending female would not touch anything. The burger she ended up giving me was burned to a complete crisp!! I guess she gave me that in retaliation for me saying something to her friend who was completely out of line. She hates her job, obviously, she's rude as helll to customers, and she makes the whole experience of going through the drive through horrible!!! I don't understand why they won't reassign her to do something else or let her rude ass go!!! Never going to rhe...

Neglect is the word here. Unmotivated staff. More interested in what their boo posted on Instagram than working. Dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty bathroom you can smell as soon as you come through the door, dirty drink station; the list goes on.

Teenagers hang outside and inside this place with no reason to be there besides cahnoodleing with the female employees. No wonder most of them have their backs turned to the customers.

I am still here because, believe it or not, this is not the worst of piss poor establishments I have visited and unfortunately frequented in the DMV. So I guess I am calloused to this mess by now. I wouldn't have even taken to Yelp, because I know nothing will change, however I witnessed a male employee here wrap his arm around a female employee,that was already turned away from the customers and texting, she tried to move away from him but his hold only got tighter. Clearly she was uncomfortable. He only let go when she pushed him away.

I am only leaving this comment just in case this guy is accused of harassment later on and there is now unbiased proof of his touchy feelyness.

Almost EVERYTIME they mess up the order. Or cheat me on portions, or give me the wrong size. The worst thing about the VanDorn/Alexandria location is that they have 2 managers that kickout the homeless people into the freezing cold temperatures, prematurely in the wintertime between 1am-3am every day, before public transportation is operational for the day. And sometimes the drinks that they prepare taste off as if they are putting things in the beverages that don't belong in them. Once it even seemed like an employee put a laxative in my sprite (the only thing i had ordered). The color was off & i had an unfortunate accident in my pants that was uncontrollable less than 30 minutes after i'd drank it. Another time, i ordered only a rootbeer & my stomach hurt for 48 hours after drinking it. Their portions are too tiny especially with the ice cream sundae & they can't even get "no ice" in the drink correct. They'll still put ice in it. The overnight manager should just leave people alone & let them stay inside until 5 or 6am so that there's always warm shelter from the...
