I've been a Pho lover for the past 35 years. This restaurants does it very well. Not too salty, nor overly pungent. Just the right mellow and light blend of flavors, that allows to to taste the various ingredients.
My wife and I will often try a different Pho restaurant looking for something better. If you've ever the better Pho's you'll never forget what to look for. Tonight we went to Pho Viet Flare, once the bowls were delivered, we tested the taste tasted of the broth. We both made the exact same comment. I usually season mine with the sauces but I laid off for a few bites to see what the broth was like. Mighty tasty I must say! I started off with the basil, peppers and sprouts. Such a great base. Then I sauced it up and it was so darn tasty! 0 regrets about this place...other than me living...
