Starbucks — Restaurant in Alexandria

Went through drive thru yesterday and once again you have to wait in line for a horrendous amount of time. I ordered a drink and a cake pop for my daughter(double checked it was all typed onto the screen correct). Waited in line for almost 35min. The person in front of me ended up abandoning their order before they got up to the window as the wait was so long. The girl took about 5min before she even opened the window for me to pay. I asked for a straw and some napkins and she asked if my drink was supposed to be iced. I said it was. She the just dumps my hot drink onto ice which is not how iced version is made. My drink just tasted like room temp coffee. She hands my drink back and said bye. I asked for my cake pop and she asked what flavor. She went and got it and came back and just handed it to me. No sorry no rush or anything. She clearly didn’t care that my entire order was incorrect or the fact that the wait was absolutely way too long. Any time I go through this drive though it’s at least a 25min wait for a drink. Most fast food places are faster than this. Very frustrated with my experience...

Got my order wrong and super long line! I ordered two drinks. A grande cold press with a shot of white chocolate mocha and a little bit of half and half. What I received was a grande cold press with whip cream. I also ordered a venti green tea with a shot of peach juice and no sweetener. I received a venti green tea with no peach juice and extra sweetener. It took a really long time to get the drinks as well. I was very clear with my order and she even repeated my order back correctly. I ended up tossing the drinks because they were not yummy at all. There was a very rude colored lady, that said a lot of disrespectful things regarding my girlfriend. I believe her name tag said Cortney but I could be mistaken. I just don’t think things like that need to be said in-front of a customer and we both were really shocked with what she said, and the whole dynamic of the situation made us feel bad and we didn’t even wanna stay to get the coffee that we all ready paid for.
