Just went through the drive thru with my girlfriend and I. Ordered very simply, order taker Michael was very nice. Order was rang in correctly. I ordered a drink with no ice and they give me the drink with ice which is no problem very easy mistake to make, so they remake another one without ice. After we almost get home I check the order and it's not even close to what should be in the bag. Travel the 2.5 miles back to Taco Johns to have them remake my order. I didn't have any shoes on, because I was the passenger and we originally were only going to be going through the the drive thru. I walk inside 2 employees were on break eating. I tell the manager what had been going on with the mistake for our order. She goes back to remake it, with my receipt. The 2 employees on break are snickering, talking about me not having shoes on, and taking pictures of me. Very irritating, they are lucky I didn't call them out on it. The manager comes back with the correct order, but DOES NOT bring back my receipt and just says sorry. Highly unprofessional way of handling a customer...
Read moreThis would be a great location for a fast food restaurant. Seriously, I generally get served faster in a sit down restaurant. The actual food is what you expect, but if I wanted to wait 20 minutes for a taco I’d surely opt for something better. Sadly, this is not an isolated incident. I have returned several times since it reopened in hopes my previous waits were an anomaly. Nope. As I am writing this I’ve waited 14 minutes. There were 3 cars in front of me when I ordered and there are still 2 before me to get their food. I would leave but their drive thru lane traps you, so I can’t even get out until the other prisoners before me get their soggy tater tots and move. Sadly, this will be the last time I...
Read moreI've been here twice in the last year. The first experience we ordered and ate inside. That was good, they keep a fairly clean restaurant. The second time, we went through the drive through. I ordered a quesadilla and my girlfriend ordered the street tacos, we both ordered potato oles. The quesadilla was an absolute mess, served in the wrong box. The street tacos were bunched up in tin foil at the bottom of the bag with the potato oles. I don't recommend going here. Even though my first experience was good, I can go to a sit down restaurant next time and get a much better and faster experience. My second shows taco johns true colors. There are other alternatives that are cheaper. I recommend...
